
75 kilometers from Paris, the estate of the legendary French actress Catherine Denev was put up for sale. An estate with a total area of 18 hectares is estimated at 4.5 million euros.
As RIA Novosti reports, the estate belongs to the actress since 1988. A unique garden is broken here, the buildings of various centuries are preserved, a heated pool is equipped and there are greenhouses. The garden, broken on the territory of the estate, is designed by the Belgian landscape architect Jacques Virtz.
The main house of the estate dates back to the 17th century and was restored in 1990. The total area of the four -story building is 1.2 thousand square meters. In addition, on the territory of the estate there is a house at the eastern style of the 18th century, like the gardener’s house, and two outbuildings - XIV - XV centuries.
Katrin Denev acquired the status of a star after the Cannes triumph of the music film "Sherbourg Umbrellas" (1964). The following year, she played the main role in the psychological thriller of the Roman Polansky "Aversion" - the first English -language film of the famous director.
