In the Tomsk region, a sentence was sentenced to a sexual pervert, who raped two pupils of a boarding school. Almost fifty criminal episodes appear in the case.

The court in Tomsk found a local resident guilty of sexual violence against adolescents and sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 12 years, Interfax reports with reference to the deputy prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district of Tomsk Elena Grishanov. The sentence in closed mode took place on January 30, 2012, but only now reports this.

According to Elena Grishanova, 46 episodes of sexual violence against two pupils of a boarding school were charged with the defendant. “For sexual contacts, he paid with children with money, sweets and gifts. The crimes were committed in a man’s car,” the deputy prosecutor explained.

She also clarified that the accused of pedophilia was not convicted.

“The side of protection constantly spoke about its positive characteristic and insisted on innocence,” said the deputy district prosecutor.

The state prosecutor asked for a man a punishment in the form of 13 years in prison, but the trial court reduced this period. “The court’s verdict did not enter into legal force. The defense party filed a cassation appeal, but the date of its consideration has not yet been scheduled,” Elena Grishanova concluded.
