As you know, immediately after the elections, President Medvedev invited everyone to disagree to prove the facts of falsifications in the courts. Waiting for an objective investigation, the regional branch of the Just Russia (SR) party in the Voronezh region and State Duma deputy Oleg Pakholkov filed a court with 70 claims. I oversaw this project.
In short, the essence of the statements is this: basically in rural areas, the final protocols were brazenly corresponded. That is, observers-destroyers handed over to the headquarters properly certified copies of the protocols-with blue seals, signatures of the chairman and secretary of the PEC. And in GAS-shoes they scored other numbers that were recognized as official. And in all 70 cases, the voices of United Russia were miraculously added.
Total - plus 7025 votes in favor of crooks and thieves. Or about an average of 100 votes from one precinct election commission (PEC). Analysis of falsifications shows that they mainly took the voices from the LDPR. They practically reset their voices and added EP.
