The Investigative Committee announced the federal wanted list of the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yakutia, Major General Yakov Stakhov. "New" learned the details of the criminal case and other dark stories from the biography of the ex-minister

General Stakhov is accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, - abuse of authority by a person holding the state position of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. As Novye found out, in 1996, the Alrosa diamond company acquired the Mercedes-Benz400 Sel (license plate 0 444 VX) for the visit of the late Patriarch Alexy to Yakutia. After a significant event, a gorgeous car was idle for a long time, and on April 12, 2007, the ALROSA leadership in the form of sponsorship decided to transfer it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (along the way, a new Land Cruiser was also presented).

However, Mercedes did not put the ministry on the balance of the ministry, and soon it was sold for 50 thousand rubles (!) To a certain Muscovite Sergey Dudin (supposedly familiar to Stakhov). Subsequently, at the wheel of Merina, they repeatedly saw the son of a minister - the operative of the OTP of the Internal Affairs Directorate at the Moscow Metro Grigory Stakhov. When the information about these pranks leaked to the press, his personal driver Nesterov hastily drove Mercedes from Moscow.

Then, according to investigators, the car was re -registered to the son of an employee of the Yakutsk Ministry of Internal Affairs (the surname is known for the editorial office), and order No. 253 appeared that "the vehicle was returned to" Alrosa "and is subject to sale in the prescribed manner."

General Stakhov was supposed to appear for an interrogation on February 24, but the day before, he disappeared from the Yakutsk city hospital, where treatment was undergoing. In the hotel in which the ex-minister lived, they said that he urgently left for Moscow. Maybe the general is counting on someone’s favor after the elections?

General Stakhov has repeatedly become a “hero” of various kinds of scandalous stories. For example, on March 29, 2009, during a working trip to the Evens-Titanty ulus, he received a gunshot wound to the thigh area.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yakutia first voiced the version that local criminal elements were preparing an attempt on the minister. Then at a briefing they reported a crazy pool released by a local resident Peter Starostin. At the same time, the bullet, allegedly extracted from the ministerial body, mysteriously lost in the snow, and Starostin suddenly committed suicide.

Some articles appeared in the state media, which confirmed the official version. I quote: “Starostin shortly before suicide admitted to the neighbors that near Sakkyryra, he fired at some kind of jeep in which the police rode. He also said that <...> he was tired of living. He also said that the carbine from which he shot in the car was thrown out in the forest. ”

The brother of the deceased sued the Ministry of Internal Affairs and journalists and won the process. During the trial, it turned out that Starostin never had firearms and in recent years drank Gorky from morning to evening.

Then the Yakut cops came up with a new version: as if his neighbor, a disabled person of Kolesov, transferred a carbine of Starostin. But here - inconsistent. It turns out that Kolesov passed his weapon ten years ago, about which there was an appropriate record.

Fortunately, independent journalists diverted copies of expertise of ministerial pants and Palson. From the conclusion it followed that the wound to the thigh was not inflicted by a firearm, but a piercing-cutting gun. Along the way, there were reports on the allegedly fun feast during the visit of Minister Stakhov to the Evens-Titanty ulus and a fight with a local resident, whom he insulted with obscene abuse.

The Minister of Stakhov did not bring an apology to the old -style family. In addition, the head of the OSB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yakutia, Colonel Igor Ostrukhov, was fired, conducting an official check of this incident.

The eldest son of Stakhov, the Oevpovets Grigory, like a senior dad, also fell into “interesting” stories: on August 5, 2003, at 4 a.m., three unknown people attacked him and took away the certificate of police officer No. 051444. He did not remember the signs of the attackers.

Yakov Grigoryevich Stakhov was born in 1954 in the Cherkasy region of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1985 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, Doctor of Law. In 1974 he entered the position of policeman of the 2nd category of the 46th branch of the police of Moscow. He went through all the steps of the police service from the ordinary policeman to the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to ensure public order. Since October 1993, he worked in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in 1996 he was seconded to the presidential administration. He was appointed to the post of Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) by Decree of President Putin dated June 12, 2006 No. 595 (dismissed on April 1, 2011). He was awarded the Order of Courage and the medal "For the difference in the protection of public order." The author of the dissertation "Criminal policy and its implementation by the subjects of the Russian Federation." Married. It has two sons, both serve in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
