As is now known, this survey was a joint initiative of the organizing committee of protest actions and the city hall. The “big white circle”, a chain of people holding hands, stretching on 15 km of the main ring of the capital, obviously made a strong impression: negotiations in the office of the deputy mayor Alexander Gorbenko were going on for three days.
Compromise
