Photo: Dmitry Shchedrin Text: Alexey Chochnev On the day of the presidential election , "Citizen Observer" organized crews of mobile groups in Moscow districts. The crew included three or four people: a driver, lawyer, journalist and sometimes a photographer or operator. I was assigned to the mobile group in the SEAO and VAO. The most striking trips were visits to school in Veshnyaks and to the village of Mosrentgen.
In Veshnyaki, to school No. 810 at 3-A, we arrived after the headquarters received information that the police detained one of the observers. Following our call group, Boris Nemtsov and Ilya Yashin arrived at the school, who also controlled the election violations. It turned out on the spot that everything was fine with the observers. While Nemtsov was photographed with the school staff, a bus drove up to the polling station, from which drunk young people were unloaded. The girl who accompanied them before our eyes gave each of the bags a absenteeism and sent to vote. The bus quickly disappeared, we did not even have time to fix its numbers.
On the site it was possible to find out that those who arrived - from Saransk. While they were worried, I listened to the conversations of those who had already voted. One of the young people complained to the girl - the leader of the group, which is already “for *** lies to wander around the sites”, and there is still a rally and the road home. The girl reassured him: they say, soon the ending. A warrior and police officer appeared on the steps. The warrior - a gray -haired and loud uncle - yelled around the whole yard: "Who are you? We have journalists and nimbov here, what are you doing here, in Veshnyaks? Who are you working for? We do not need provocations, who is the main one?" The locusts were silent. "Immediately leave here, do not aggravate the situation!" - the combatant commanded and left.
As a devil from a snuffbox, Ilya Yashin jumped out of school - and attacked a crowd of locusts: "Hello guys, how are you? Do you know what you are doing here is a criminal offense?!". A group of young people dissolved in the nearest yards. Talking with Yashin and Nemtsov remained three young people and a girl who led the group. She began to call someone and consult: "We voted, but then the cameras are directed to us, what to do?" The young Saranchanin assured Yashin that he had come with his friends to the Moscow District Veshnyaki on purpose to vote for Putin.
At this moment, we were called from the headquarters and called a new address where our help was needed. Olga Danilova from the 5th Mobile Group said that she managed to get an observer to the Phantom Polling station No. 3377 in the territory of the village of Mosrentgen, and now she is afraid for her life. We urgently left.
Mosrentgen is located southwest of Moscow, in the immediate vicinity of the Moscow Ring Road and the Kaluga highway. We were worried that the site had no address and we would not find it. The headquarters of the "observer citizen" informed us that "this is a ghost site, there is no site with such a number in any of our list, and there is also no on the Internet on official sites either." The observer Olya reassured: "Turn to Mosrentgen, do not miss our site - he, of course, is not in the building, but there is a full house at the entrance."
Behind the village of Mamyri there was a construction fair of the Slavic World TC, at the first entrance to which there were about 10 cars, mainly black BMW, as well as one police officer UAZ and the Ministry of Emergencies.
All members of our group experienced a cultural shock. The temporary plot No. 3377 was in one of the pavilions of the market assigned to the IP "Shigapov R.Sh.". On the left, he coexisted with the pavilion, where the Uzbeks baked cakes in the tandoor, on the right there was a pavilion for the sale of doors, roofs and drains.

Oleg Mitrofanov, deputy of the rural settlement of Mosrentgen, also found himself at the site, who said that he had scored an alarm and caused mobile groups to the fair. According to him, at the site No. 3377 from 7.30 to 10.30, observers from the Communist Party were on duty , but the pavilion was closed, and no one was allowed inside. However, in the territorial election commission, observers were informed that the site was open, data on the number of voters are already entering. At 12.00, observers again tried to penetrate the pavilion, but the employees of the Chop, who guard the fair, prevented them. According to observers from the Communist Party, the administration of the Slavic World shopping mall told them that there are no and cannot be in the market.
“We became aware in advance that there would be such a site in the market, we even knew the pavilion, but on March 4 he unexpectedly moved out of that pavilion. We did not know where, and by the evening we found it here,” Mitrofanov said. “Who organized it, you can understand by looking around, and why - it will be clear after the voices are considered,” Mitrofanov said smiling. Chop employees managed to find our mobile group. They really wanted to take away the camera from us, since "it is impossible to take pictures on the territory of the polling station," but the presence of the police restrained them. The unknown annoyingly shot our mobile group on camera, he also shot our car and his license plate.
As of 20.00, 1033 people were included in the voters of voters in this section-fantom. The pavilion inside was more like, rather, cheap decorations to the American film than to the polling station. The scissors laid down by the law to extinguish the remaining incomplete ballots were not. Maybe they didn’t plan to extinguish them? A guard from the street tried to shove into the scissors through a ventilation hole. It did not work out. Out of the corner of my ear I hear the phrase: "We must quickly take all this out of here." In the lighting market - trouble. It became clear that it was far from going far away. Merzed at the entrance to the station in turn. "How are you guys?" - Smiling, one of the retinue asked. Our lawyer Alexei, bearing in mind that we are not frozen, jokingly said: "Alive so far." To which the man, suddenly sharply becoming serious, said: "Guys, no one plans to kill you."
Around midnight, the calculation of the ballots began. The observer Olga Danilova said that several neatly folded packs of ballots were taken out of the urn. They were discovered in a 1039 voting box. Where another 6 came from - it is unknown. A complaint was written on this fact. There was a call from the headquarters of the observer citizen, and the tired voice of the operator said that this section appeared on the web-collection of 2012 at the forest belt. “I don’t understand anything. There wasn’t all day - and after the end of the elections appeared,” said the operator. Meanwhile, the observer Olga called and reported the results on this site: for Putin - 907, 45 for Zyuganova, Zhirinovsky - 28, Mironov - 18, Prokhorov - 15. Putin received 87% of the vote.
About two nights, the standing at Mosrentgen ended, we finally waited for the heroic and only observer Olga, who turned out to be a fragile girl of small stature.
