Employees of law enforcement agencies of the Moscow Region are investigating the circumstances of the death in Serpukhov, an entrepreneur Anatoly Shera, a former partner of the Georgian businessman and politician Kakha Bendukidze. Pavel Savin, the son of a businessman who died in a hospital in the middle of December last year, suspects a deliberate murder. In his opinion, the crime is due to the fact that Anatoly Cher hoped to complete the long-term judicial lawsuit in the near future and return the large building in the north-west of Moscow previously selected from him.
Pavel conducted his own investigation and found out that on December 12 his father arrived on a city bus to the Station stop in Serpukhov. When leaving the back door, Shera pushed the young man in a brown jacket following him, said Savin RBC Daily . The entrepreneur from the push fell, hitting his head on the parked near the Zhiguli stop, and then on the asphalt. The young man, not paying attention to what happened, according to Pavel Savin, calmly left the bus, crossed the road and disappeared in the yards.
On the ambulance, the businessman was taken with a heavy traumatic brain injury to the hospital. Without consciousness, he died in intensive care on December 15 from heart arrest.
According to the publication, Anatoly Cher was associated with the organization "Justice" by Dmitry Baranovsky, and some time ago, the Nazis from the NSO "North" investigated.
Cher took up the business in the late 1980s, having established the cooperative "Assistant". He specialized in the organization of production activities for the disabled. From the documents it is known that in 1987, the partner of Shera was a famous entrepreneur and politician Kakha Bendukidze.
However, in the late 90s, Anatoly Shera began serious problems - the former partners took the building in his Skhodnesk dead end. For more than 10 years, the entrepreneur led judicial lawsuits, trying to regain his mansion. The publication of RBC Daily found out that while the processes were held, Cher became the victim of criminals several times: his office was set on fire, and once he was attacked by unknown people with the castet.
For some time, Sherra's justice was helped by the organization "Justice" by Dmitry Baranovsky. However, after threats began to act as lawyers, they refused to work in this case.
Another resonant case of the North North Socialist Society was connected with the disputed building in the Skhodnesk impasse - the new owners of the mansion provided the Nazis with an office and a gym. Last summer, five defendants in the case were sentenced to life imprisonment, seven more received long terms for 27 murders on the basis of racist hatred and a number of other crimes.
Anatoly Cher investigated the crimes of the NSO, including those related to the facts of black cashing out funds of the gang through bank cards.
The son of Shera is sure that the death of his father was not an accident. According to Pavel Savin, it was a planned intentional murder. The investigator investigating the death of Anatoly Shera told RBC Daily that at present, law enforcement officials are trying to find out the circumstances of his traumatic brain injury and establish whether his death was connected with the conflict due to property.
