The court arrested for 10 days two members of the Yabloko party, detained on Tuesday, March 13, near a construction site, presumably the dacha of the governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachev, the party’s press service reported on Wednesday.
" Today in Tuapse, lawyer, member of the Yabloko party Viktor Dutlov and activist of the Ecological Watch for the North Caucasus, member of the Yabloko party Suren Gazaryan, detained yesterday near the dacha of the governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev, were sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for "disobedience lawful request of a police officer,” the message says.
The Yabloko press service notes that the judge “refused to call defense witnesses and did not consider audio and video recordings confirming the innocence of Ghazaryan and Dutlov.”
Activists of the environmental movement claim that illegal cutting of trees and construction of a dacha are being carried out on the territory of the forest fund, presumably for the governor of the Krasnodar Territory.
