Anatomy of propaganda

The NTV film "Anatomy of Protest" itself has already caused a protest. The usual generally propaganda product, but he affected the feelings of a significant number of citizens. Not about Khodorkovsky with Luzhkov, but they are talking about us about us. It is worth hoping that the government provokes the split of the nation by stupidity and is aware of its mistake.

To seriously disassemble the propaganda materials that go on domestic TV is unbearably boring. Say, Putin meets with collective farmers and tell us in detail that Putin visited the collective farmers (or as part of the election campaign in the fall “met with rural intelligentsia”), and then examined the school, and then scolded the governor for the fact that the collective farmers did not ... well, something definitely does not have something. The same with workers, doctors, teachers, military and even "oligarchs." There is all the positive in the center of this unbridled holiday of the unity of power and the people of Putin.

However, when it comes to things that are not subject to the Protocol of the current prime minister and even the Federal Security Service, propaganda of another, where as a more dynamic type appears on TV. Especially colorful films appear on television at those moments when the authorities once again sees in something real or potential (in fact, this can be pure paranoia or someone at the top for something mortally offended) a threat to the regime. Then the air demonstrates a variety of thematic “investigation programs”, where the threat is hypertrophic and even absurd.

Ordinary propagandism

Typically, such films are built on the same patterns, you can even conditionally distinguish three types of such a product, depending on the subject of the threat to the “Russian state”. The first describes the personal fate of the “bad person”, who created God knows what, but having thought of committing something the villainous at all. Khodorkovsky, Saakashvili, Tymoshenko, Lukashenko, Roizman, Luzhkov - personal television films were once dedicated to all of them.
The second -type programs show all the insignificance of a group of citizens who declare political ambitions, their unworthy lifestyle is criticized and the image in the spirit of the Soviet satire is drawn. The recent NTV film is how the New Year's holidays “Bolotnaya leaders” are held - a bright example of this type of product.

In the "Investigative" films of the third kind revealing a certain conspiracy of external forces against Russia. Again, a group of citizens who seek to arrange an “orange revolution”, a coup and return Russia to the “dashing 90s” are indicated. On this topic, many films were shown on Russian television about the role of the United States in the orange revolutions in the post -Soviet space, about how the orange scenario for Russia is being prepared for the money of Americans and the role of an unsystematic political opposition in this process.

The proposed typology is conditional, there are many subtypes. Conventionally: Yulia Tymoshenko, of course, does a lot of bad things for Russia, but not only because of his own greed, but also on the orders of the State Department. Or something like.

The film “Anatomy of Protest” published on NTV is also a mixture of types - “Swamp opposition” is represented there miserable, but at the same time terribly insidious and dangerous. Being an active citizen exposed by an active position (whether it was a former activist of the “Young Guard”, a uninterior deputy Vladimir Burmatov, or an indefatigable fighter with an opposition in the blogosphere, Stanislav “ Polithrash ” Apropyan), the oppositions immediately “merge” and do not persist to bring the provocations to the end. However, the provocations of the opposition are designed to undermine confidence in our honest elections, and therefore terribly dangerous.

In all this propaganda chewing gum there is nothing new: the texture was poorly selected (say, due to its direct deficit, it was necessary to show the reckoning with the mass of the LDPR, although the entire pathos of the transmission was directed against the “swamp”) and, of course, one -sidedly submitted. The viewer can only accept some statements on faith, the stories of speakers are not confirmed by anything.

And the very weak, unprogable composition of the commentators: from the more or less serious “television experts”, only former State Duma deputy Natalya Narochnitskaya and the editor-in-chief of expert Valery Fadeev appeared in the film. The rest of the “experts” have long and firmly worked on the field of political technologies (moreover, in the extremely pro-government segment of this market) and, accordingly, even without a skillful cut of the authors of the film, their opinion is unlikely to be at least any expert.

Anatomy of the nation

All this, however, is the usual problems for propaganda films that NTV put on the air. However, this time indignation was stronger than usual.

Tens of thousands of angry and even obscene comments on the network, an unambiguous condemnation of the film by the journalistic community, the NTVLET trend, which instantly became the most popular in the Russian Twitter segment. The “expert”, whose chief editor, as already noted, acted in the film as a commentator, said that he was breaking out all kinds of relations with the TV channel, because instead of the film it turned out to be a “gross propaganda fake”, and Fadeev’s authors assured that they recorded a commentary for the final news program of the channel.

The network rebellion against the next custom -made telepholupability was quite expected.

If you look at how, on the body of all the guns, they are beaten by the former mayor of Moscow Luzhkov, it is disgusting, but personally does not hurt, then in this case many tens of thousands of protest rallies in the capital had the right to be offended, learning that they were indirectly accused of self -interest, not a manifestation of a civilian feeling.

The incident “Anatomy of protest” shows that among smart people of various political views, propaganda executives cause persistent hostility. Today, the "expert" refuses to cooperate with NTV and who then remain as experts in propaganda films? Vladimir Burmatov, “The second reissue of Viktor Anpilov” Tokar Tupraznikov and other unprincipled commissars of “ours”? This company will come up with the same NTV (by the way, we will defend NTV journalists - propaganda films are almost always output and the channel has nothing to do with the journalistic team) such that even the faithful Putin will have their ears in the tube.

It is clear why the authorities "cut the answer." She was accused of ralling she collects people for money, she answered.

The problem is that the signals about the fact that the participants of the rallies for Putin were paid from various, including completely non -angled people (though more often in the form of retelling from the words of acquaintances or acquaintances of acquaintances). But with the protest rallies of the authorities, it seems, not so lucky - either the conspiracy of the silence of the protesters, or there was no money. So the authors of the film had to go to the deliberate forgery, from which the authorities themselves have no benefit, except for harm.

If the purpose of the film was to discredit the "Leaders of the Bolotnaya", then the goal was obviously achieved, even vice versa. Now the “leaders” are called upon to protest at the nearest rally against the “anatomy of protest” and looks just a gift from the power of the exhaled rally movement and people who claim the role of its leaders. It turns out, rather, the consolidation of protest.

Personally, Vladimir Putin had already made exactly the same mistake in December, after a rally on Bolotnaya Square, gathering up during the “direct line” that the protesters “paid denyuzhka”. The “denyuzhka” protesters did not forgive the prime minister and “came again”, in which, as a more impressive amount on Sakharov Avenue. Why repeat the same mistake again - it is strongly incomprehensible, unless not stupidity, but such a bold experiment: let's check, and now they will also come to the square?

The authorities (and the fact that the final customer of the film was unlikely to doubt the authorities) and also once again drive a wedge between a rather massive metropolitan protest and those people who believe in propaganda. The former know: they did not pay money. The latter saw on TV and also “know”: they paid all this idea of ​​the State Department of the United States. Why is the authorities consciously or not to divide the country into two camps is also an interesting question. So far, the small disagreements were scolded on the body or even the Association of Observers “Voice” - it was the “development” of a very narrow layer of people.

Now we are talking potentially already about the split of the nation. Also, in principle, anatomy or even anatomy.

Within the framework of Putin’s election campaign, it was a tactical move, which allows consolidating the “Putin majority”, contrasting it with a “thirsty” radical change by the minority. Now such exercises are unnecessary and even harmful if Putin really wants to rule six more years and achieve some positive changes in the country.
