They are not allowed to join the big bourgeoisie; you can only rely on Uralvagonzavod, because the dead middle class is already openly mocking you and will not let you sleep peacefully under any circumstances. All that remains is to tighten the nuts, but for this you need a key that was not there in the first place, or to let go completely, but this means completely merging. Most likely, the authorities will try to mothball the situation, but this will all last until the next system failure, and they will not be alone.

This means that the culprits will be identified and given the mincemeat amidst hooting. Who it will be is a big question. To preserve the population, the system is ready to make sacrifices and this is good; in any case, the elites have no other choice but to start sharing both power and resources. Not out of awakened love for society, no, but for reasons of self-preservation. Which means: the worse, the better.
