The screenwriter Fellini Tonino Guerra died

The famous screenwriter, poet Tonino Guerra died in Italy on Wednesday at the 93rd year of his life. This was reported by the website of RIA "Novosti" from the words of the head of the Italian Institute of Culture in Moscow, Professor Adriano del Asta.

Guerra wrote scripts for films Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni and other great directors.

For Michelangelo Antonioni, Tonino wrote “The Adventure”, “Night”, “Eclipse”, “Red Desert”, “Blood-AP”, “Zabriski Point”, “The Secret of the Obtervald”, “Identification of the Woman”. Together with his close friend and fellow countryman, Federico Fellini came up with Amarkord. He wrote scripts for his films “And the ship is floating”, “Ginger and Fred”, “rehearsal of the orchestra” and “Casanova”.

He wrote the script for the documentary “Travel Time” and the feature film “Nostalgia” for Andrei Tarkovsky. In the mid-70s, he married a civilian of the Soviet Union Eleanor Zaborochkina.
