True, in the final protocol everything already looked different - 2812 ballots in stationary urns and not a single in portable ones. “Unfortunately, the observer did not immediately file a complaint on the spot. But not everything is lost yet. For example, webcams did not work on the site all day. Therefore, we will try to recognize the results of this PEC illegal, ”continues Vladimir Glotov.

"Fantom" in the market

On March 3, a group of observers examined the temporary plot in the Slavic world market near the village of Mosrentgen. Like the previous one, he obeyed the Lenin Electoral Commission. WIK itself No. 3377 was a tiny carriage, lost in the endless rows of a duffel flea market. With some surprise, observers found the head of the settlement of Mosrentgen Vyacheslav Ermolov there. However, they experienced even greater surprise the next morning when they found a trailer closed to the barn lock.

The market administration under the camera stated that she had never heard of any site. Moreover, local merchants did not hear about him, for whom a temporary voting place was created.

“We were looking for a wonderful weekend No. 3377 all day. They wrote several complaints to the prosecutor’s office and the territorial election commission (Slon have copies), where we just ask - find, please, ”recalls the observer from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Pavel Kubaev. “And in Tick they looked at us like idiots and said - but you, everything is in place, the vote goes on, look for better.”

The PEC 3377 was found only by 17 o’clock. It turned out to be a trailer at the other end of the market, adjacent to the shawarma tent. “In a wagon with an area of ​​25 square meters with three members of the PEC purely physically from 8 to 17, they would not have time to vote 1000 people,” said Pavel Kubaev. “We have numerous complaints and acts: the number of ballots in the urns did not coincide with the data in the books of voters, in 136 cases the numbers of absenteeisms were not indicated, the ballots themselves were stacked in the boxes, which we also recorded. Plus, webcams did not work. ”

Observers have their own version of what happened in the Slavic World market. They were not going to open any plot there. However, frightened by his zealous searches, the members of the commission chose the first trailer that came across, hastily put tables and urns for voting and said - and we are sitting all day and sitting. Now observers from the Communist Party are preparing a lawsuit in order to recognize the results of the PEC No. 3377 completely invalid.

Ruzsky "Phantom"

PEC No. 2571 is located at the station of the station of Dorokhovo, Ruzsky District of the Moscow Region. Thus, no one controlled what the commission was doing between 20 and 21 hours, ”emphasizes the first secretary of the Ruz RK of the Communist Party, Gennady Popov.

After that, it was decided to close part of the PEC, and send voters to neighboring ones who are quite far away. This is what can explain such a small number of real voters.

As it turned out, the “phantoms” areas are not the Moscow Region Nou-Hau. In Nizhny Novgorod, the members of the TIC from the LDPR and the Communist Party on the day of the elections were faced with the fact that they received information from 16 sites that had not previously appeared anywhere, including on the official website of the election commission of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Since no one knew about the existence of PEC, the observers were not sent there. According to LDPR estimates, more than 15,000 people voted in the “phantoms”, and 96% for Putin (the average result in the Nizhny Novgorod region is 63.9%).
