"To be friends or not to be friends?" - As a rule, people do not even have such a question in communication: if there is a desire, then to be friends, of course. Another question is, if we are talking about friendship with colleagues, there are a variety of opinions on this subject. Some believe that real friendship between colleagues is impossible, since they somehow compete with each other, defend each of their interests, and even the “boss -subordinate” communication should be formalized to the maximum. Others completely advise limiting communication and, for example, not to add management to “friends” on social networks, so that you can feel more or less freely on the Internet.
Nevertheless, people tend to at least call friends those with whom they spend working hours. The Superjob.ru portal during the survey found out which professions are inclined to be friends with their work colleagues. The survey was attended by 7,000 representatives of 35 professions (200 for each). It turned out that the most friendly professions are nurses, PC operators and consultant sellers. They are forced to spend a lot of time at work, so they prefer to be friends with colleagues. In addition, informal relations brighten up heavy everyday life: for workers from the sphere of medicine, this is especially useful.
Well, the most inappropriate comrades who believe that the smile will not become bright from a smile - the leaders of all stripes and programmers. There is even a joke about the latter: the introvert programmer looks at his boots during a conversation, and the programmer-password on the interlocutor’s boots. But to the leaders, apparently, is just quite lonely-everyone is afraid to be friends with the elders in rank.Do you have a real friend (friends) among work colleagues?
