
In the Republic of Buryatia, a preliminary investigation of a criminal case on a series of brutal murders of minor girls was completed. A gang of rapists dealt with them, and the attackers mocked the victims even after their death.
The accusations were brought by six defendants, two of whom are girls. At the moment, they are all arrested, the official website of the Investigative Department of Buryatia reports.
Messages about the unrequited disappearance of two schoolgirls and one student of the college at the age of 16-17 entered the investigative bodies of Ulan -Ude in March 2011. For each fact, criminal cases were opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
"As a result of a number of investigative actions and operational-search measures in different areas of the city (Ulan-Ude), the bodies of all those who disappeared with signs of violent death were found," the press release said.
During the investigation, four men aged 18 to 24 and two girls aged 17 and 18 years were suspicious. All of them were familiar with the victims. Criminal cases were connected in one proceeding.
In the future, it was found that in February-March 2011, attackers "under various pretexts lured their victims to deserted places, where, due to far-fetched insignificant reasons, they beat them, caused them serious bodily harm with the use of a knife, ax, sticks and other objects." In relation to one victim, the men committed rape and violent actions of a sexual nature.
From the injuries, the victims died at the scene. "After the commission of these crimes, the accused abducted the personal property of the girls, mocked the corpses," the official report said.
During the investigation, it was accidentally able to disclose another crime, which young serial killers were also involved. In November 2010, two of the arrested young people attempted to kill an unfamiliar 38-year-old woman without a specific place of residence. Behind the garages on Khakhalov Street in Ulan-Ude, they greatly beat the tramp, and then threw it into the fire. "The death of a woman did not occur due to the timely medical care provided to her," the investigative department concluded.
The under investigation was charged with P.P. “A, D, F, and, to“ Part 2 of Article 105 (the murder of two or more persons committed with particular cruelty, a group of persons by prior conspiracy, from hooligan motives, in order to hide another crime), paragraphs of Part 2 of Article 161 (robbery), p.p., B, g “part 2 of article 158 (theft another's property), paragraph "a" part 3 of article 132 (violent actions of a sexual nature), paragraph "a" part 3 of article 131 (rape), part 1 of article 116 (beatings), part 1 of article 244 (abuse of the deceased) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The case was conducted by the department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Republican SU RF IC. The collected materials were transferred to the Supreme Court of Buryatia for consideration on the merits.
