The world section of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow decided to force the founder of the financial pyramid MMM Sergey Mavrodi to the court, Interfax reports.
The justice of the peace Karina Morozova issued the corresponding decision, since Mavrodin did not appear in court today. On March 22, hearings were supposed to be held in the next administrative case against an entrepreneur who is accused of tax failure.
Recall, on March 14, Sergei Mavrodi was arrested for 5 days for not paying a fine of a thousand rubles. He began to complain about pain in the heart and was taken from a special detention center to the Botkin hospital.
On the eve of the media reported that Mavrodi escaped from the hospital, grabbing an expensive device - a device that measures the rhythm of the heart, worth almost 70 thousand rubles. Subsequently, his lawyer said that the entrepreneur left the Botkin hospital because of the journalists who had bored with him and is now in a private clinic. According to the defender, the device was needed during transportation, now he has already returned it, which was confirmed in the Botkin hospital.
In early 2011, Mavrodi announced the launch of a new project called MMM-2011 . According to the project website, there are already 20 million participants in the pyramid. Experts believe that it will collapse in the summer of 2012.
