Yuri Luzhkov is returning. True, not in politics, but in a business to a long -standing friend - “oligarch” to Vladimir Yevtushenkov. This is symbolic: Medvedev leaves, and Luzhkov returns. Other managers, “former” and “current”, are also in one way or another preparing for the redistribution of the administrative glade and changing the course.

The mood of the elites is changing significantly: even before the formal onset of the new reign, the whole bureaucracy, business and other persons who count on the new government came into motion. For example, on the eve of the main owner of AFK System, one of the largest entrepreneurs in Russia Vladimir Yevtushenkov admitted on the air of the Rain television channel, which invited the former mayor of the capital Yuri Luzhkov to guarantee the petrochemical direction of his business imperia. There, the AFC has the main assets in the Bashkir TEK. Luzhkov confirmed and even expressed his readiness to work.

Here we have a history of long -standing friendship, devotion and even hypothetical family values. The latter, however, always remained a mystery - did Vladimir Yevtushenkov be married to Elena Baturina’s sister (reminding who is Elena Baturina too too)? Other media definitely said that, yes, married. Baturina and Luzhkov himself, however, said that Natalya Yevtushenkova was not a sister, but they are more visible in all ways. Probably, the “marriage of Yevtushenkov” is the echoes of some ancient corporate and political wars.

In any case: the fact of close relations and even the indirect participation of Luzhkov in the creation of the Yevtushenkov empire is not in doubt. And now, therefore, the old comrade who fell into disgrace, Yevtushenkov extended his hand to help. Well, the experience in the petrochemical industry has Luzhkov: he held a major post at the Ministry of Chemical Industry in the late 80s.

The main thing here, perhaps, is not even the texture and not a touching story of friendship and career growth of two men, and the period in which the application sounded, because the topic arises in the lips of these speakers for the first time. A year ago, Yevtushenkov on the air of Echo of Moskvy also invited Luzhkov to work in AFK, but then Luzhkov publicly refused this work, saying that he would focus on teaching. However, over the year of the mayor's mood, they changed dramatically.

During this year, a lot of events occurred in the fate of the former mayor: criminal cases were followed by the Bank of Moscow, the challenges as a witness, the interview of Luzhkov and Baturina on frankly political topics, the response of the former, and at that time the still current head of the presidential administration Sergei Naryshkin about the “unprecedented” revenge of corruption in Luzhkov and, perhaps, the main thing: renunciation Dmitry Medvedev from the throne.

The resignation of Yuri Luzhkov from the post of Moscow mayor was one of Dmitry Medvedev’s most ambitious political actions as president.

Since the mayor rested for a long time and even began to express public displeasure that they were trying to resign him, a “bad option” was implemented with a renunciation of China. Putin did not intervene in the process, emphasizing that this was the President’s personal project. Now Medvedev also leaves Luzhkov, having crossed him, agrees to work in the company of Yevtushenkov.

Yes, not in politics, but Medvedev does not go nowhere. In addition, a business bow with politics in Russia is traditionally strong, and in Bashkiria the curator of TEK from the AFC System may well become (and Luzhkov in this regard, a successful candidate) with a strong political figure of a regional scale.

Other resignations sent by Medvedev, as they say, have also recently expressed dissatisfaction with their replacements and have been not in publicly speaking about a possible return to politics. Moreover, the Kremlin promises to return the governor’s elections, albeit with restrictions. How the Presidential Filter, promised by Putin, will work - it is not yet clear.

And in competition with slurred Varangians, the former “owners of the provinces” have real chances of taking revenge.

In any case, the half -in -law political reform promised by the Kremlin, coupled with the upcoming shuffling of the entire power deck gives a lot of possibilities and, as it were, managers who have fallen from the deck. In this context, Luzhkov’s return to active work may be the first swallow.

18 governors expire the term of office this year. The government has not yet been formed. There will be many vacancies and applicants for them in the coming months.

On the post of head of the Moscow Region, say, several federal ministers are coming at once, who risk seats in the future of the Cabinet of Ministers. And analysts agree that the governors will lose their posts almost everywhere.

The audit of the personnel decisions of the Presidential period Dmitry Medvedev will not affect, perhaps, only the most faithful Putin from among federal officials. If they will be changed (they speak about the resign of Igor Sechin from the government quite definitely), then they will not lose informal weight. For everyone else, including the “former”, a wide window of opportunities for participating in the redistribution of the administrative market opens.
