"When concreting ceilings for installing a water tank on the seventh floor of the building on San Martin Street, a collapse occurred in the city of Corrintes," Agylar said on the Argentinean television channel Todo Noticias .

In addition to the seven dead, several people were injured. Five of them are in extremely serious condition.

Rescuers work at the scene of the accident. The reasons for the tragedy are being clarified.
