The authorities of the Tver region plan to completely solve the problem of queues in preschool institutions by 2016. As Interfax was told by the press service of the regional government on Friday, for these purposes, about 4 thousand additional places in kindergartens will be created.
“In 2013, queues for kindergartens should be eliminated in Tver, Udomelsky and Bologovsky districts. In 2014 - in Torzhok. And by 2015, places in kindergartens will be fully provided for young residents of Vyshny Volochok, Konakovsky, Kalininsky and Kuvshinovsky districts,” - noted in the press service.
In addition to traditional approaches to creating places in kindergartens, such as returning buildings to the education system and building new ones, best practices from other regions will be used.
“In particular, new forms of preschool education will begin to be introduced this year. These include the creation of family kindergartens and the development of private kindergartens. Today, municipalities are working on these areas,” added the representative of the regional government.
