I heard out of the corner of my ear that they are going to defeat drug addiction in the country by imprisoning drug addicts and compulsory treatment: they say, there are 5 million drug addicts in the country, and in general this is an epidemic, fear and horror, well, and more than 8 billion dollars of the market. Not a word about the death penalty for sellers and manufacturers, not a word about those who have these very billions, not a word about Drug Control, which is in business, in general - not a word on the case.

It's funny, there are victims, but there are no executioners.
