Photo: publicpost One creative Muscovite went to revive the Russian village. He got a job at school and decided to teach children in his own way. He became the director of the rural club and began to make an entertainment complex out of it. He suggested local residents non -standard to celebrate Shrovetide. The attempt of the cultural revolution ended with a village rebellion. And the household naivety inherent in creative people brought the Muscovite to the pre -trial detention center.
The 35-year-old Moscow unemployed intellectual Ilya Farber learned about the village of Fraud in the summer of 2010. Farber rested with his 16-year-old son Peter on Seliger and met a local resident who told him about the governor's program, according to which you can get the land for work by a rural teacher. Ilya liked the idea. In September, he got a job at a scam school by a teacher of art and moved there with his son.

The village of Fraudka, the Tver region is 30 km from Ostashkov. She is not on the map, and buses do not go there. 200 people live here and, it seems, a million singing birds. They do not fall silent even for the time of snowfall. It is unusual for the city nose, but pleasantly pulling from the furnaces. Previously, the scammers produced sledges and carts, now they live by selling a tree. There is one school in the village, several grocery stores, mail, a library and a rural club. On the rickety houses of Mesonin, uncleaned snow in the plots reaches the waist, on the fence of the school “Farber Hu*SOS” is written.

Ilya Farber fell in love with the scent right away. Instead of boring still lifes, he taught schoolchildren (only 20 guys) to draw multi -colored carrots. The authors of the most unusual carrots received prizes. The salaries of 11 thousand Farber were enough to buy gifts to children, and the teachers - flowers. Farber was not limited to drawing lessons. He read books to the children not according to the program, put them music on high -quality players. In winter, they all poured a rink together, and on February 14 they built ice slides in the form of hearts. The students most of all remembered the "evening of fear" - then Farber put them in complete darkness and weaned to be afraid of her.
In February, the head of the village administration, with which they managed to get closer, invited him to become the director of the rural club. The former director was an elderly woman and for several years now she could not finish the scheduled repair. Farber decided to make a three -story entertainment complex from a one -story box for 2.4 million dedicated budget. Farber’s son Peter said that they painted the project plan themselves, since his father is a “self-taught architect”. On three floors, they placed a hotel, a concert hall, billiards and so on. “We were going to invite musicians to performances, find grants for repairs of the road to scam. In short, to make a resort out of an obsolete village,” 18-year-old Peter recalls.

"Why do we need a three -story club? Who will go there?" - Irina Fedotova, the mother of four children, a resident of the scam, still does not understand. She is convinced that Farber is a sick person. "When he introduced himself at the school on September 1, he said that he was an opera singer, an artist, speaks a Chinese language, knows how to play many instruments. We all looked at each other with his parents and twisted a finger at the temple." By the time he said that he did not need money, she was completely taken aback, recalls Fedotova. "Such confessions lead to suspicions, everyone needs money." Then her daughter Tanya began to bring strange news from school. Like, Farber in literature lessons reads books aloud and does nothing else. Tanya, says Fedotova, could like such lessons, only because they did not ask lessons. The "evening of horrors" Fedotova seemed wild. She came to school and shouted at Farber - "How does he dare to feel her children in the dark?" The last straw for her was Shrovetide, which she herself organized every year. Farber suggested instead of a meeting in the center of the village to walk around the streets with a carnival and go to tea drinking to residents. "Listen! It is not accepted! Never the case in our village!"
All year, residents wrote complaints to Farber to the police and the court. The first complaint came from a local deputy, Elena Fokina: supposedly Farber beat her. Like, she came to school to take a picture of how he conducts classes, and he took a camera from her by force. "What kind of man is this? A woman beats. Women can never be beaten, even bad, even drunk." The court ruled that "Farber I.I. on the basis of personal hostile relations that arose due to the fact that Fokina E.I and photographed him intentionally, with the aim of harm, carried E.I. Fokina at both hands ...". However, Fokina herself later went to reconcile the parties. The next claim was dedicated to the fact that he fired the artistic director of the rural club, considering it not effective enough. Residents did not understand why he left a person without work. Then there were complaints to the Council of Deputies with a request to finish this repairs and organize leisure to children. A steady rumor went to the village that Farber Pedophile.

Neither the courts nor the rumors of Farber were embarrassed. He raised the people standing in his way. The 43-year-old head of the administration Lyubov Valeeva talks about this with bitterness. Holding back tears, she admits that in her entire life she lived in the scam, she did not see such a “eccentric” as Farber. He was with her on “You” and wrote to her poems. She allowed him to live at her house. In the evenings, he played the guitar, and she was in harmony. She sang. She never figured out who Ilya Farber is. He seemed to her endlessly a creative, and at the same time a large child, and a villain, and a genius. She asked him to be softer with the inhabitants, and he answered her that her kindness would not allow her to become an effective manager. Since they broke up, she is on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
The school principal Galina Pavlinova did not feed her tender feelings for Farber, but understood him as "who came in to who come in." So they are called in the village. Pavlinova herself moved here from Leningrad many years ago, when her husband was tired of the city fuss. When she got here with her culture, with her views, she did not understand why the inhabitants of this village did not want to see further their nose. But then she learned that everyone understands for himself what is better for him.
The concept of "living better" here means to live better than a neighbor. " For example, when the TV is wider. The village is a specific place, Pavlinova explains, if you are not understood here, then they are automatically transferred to the category of enemies. When she had a greenhouse in her village, people did not understand this. Farber’s problems, she says, went from the fact that he did not understand, and did not want to understand that the villagers had his own mentality. "And he is completely uncompromising, decided to arrange a cultural revolution."

At the exit from school, I ran into a history teacher, Natalia Semenovna. She approached the conversation about Farber professionally: "If you conduct a historical parallel, then I would compare it with the Narodniks who went to the villages to enlighten the masses. Only his people did not understand here." It seemed to Farberus that the teacher said that he would achieve recognition by building a three -story club. It would be enough just to dig a well for them.
It is not known how the campaign of Ilya Farber to the people would turn out, if he had more time. But on September 9, he went on business and did not return anymore. In Tver, he had a meeting with the contractor Gorokhov, who was repaired by the rural club. According to the son of Farber, Peter, in six months of repair work, Ilya managed to spend more than a hundred thousand rubles from his pocket. Like, the contractor who came to the object on Hammer had never had money for building materials. Peter says that all the agreements were in words, no receipts: "My dad is naive in household issues." Gorokhov gave him the money, and at the exit of Farber tied - the money turned out to be swept, and he went straight to the pre -trial detention center to wait for the court on charges of receiving a bribe (Article 290 of Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and abuse of official position (Article 285 of Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He faces up to 15 years in prison. Judicial hearings should begin in April.
Instead of bundles, the “Vladimir Central” plays on the phone at the contractor Gorokhov. He speaks reluctantly about Farber, and calls the version of Peter Farber "stupidity, complete water." Gorokhov points to his impeccable reputation: over the 14 years of the existence of his construction company "Gosstroy-1" he has never been involved in court. Farber’s business, he says, is "the simplest household extortion." Like, I had to give Farber a bribe so that he would not terminate the contract. "He gave him once, and he got a taste."
Gorokhov says that Farber received half a million rubles from him. He assures that he recorded all the meetings with Farber on the recorder. He cannot provide records, because he handed them to the investigator and wiped them out of the recorder as unnecessary. The investigator, Andrei Savenkov, did not let the investigator not allowed to listen to the records, referring to the secret of the investigation. Gorokhov believes that he should not write this article: his family is not aware of the matter, he considers to make noise around him superfluous.
The scum of arrest was taken without interest. The local stoker in Ushaanka, to the question of Farber's case, answers lazily: "Ah, he is a Jew from Moscow. Behind him and a place for him." For the beaten deputy Elena Fokina, the arrest became a rare success, she was appointed new director of the rural club. To the joy of the residents, she abandoned the idea of superstructure of the floors and immediately recognized the club’s repair with the completed. True, this winter the ceiling collapsed in the club, and it was closed again.
