On Red Square, police seized a man dressed in sackcloth and a hat with a red flashing light attached to it. He ran, waved his arms, making inarticulate sounds. As it turned out, the hooligan turned out to be 48-year-old resident of Arkhangelsk D.A. Medvedev.
The man behaved inappropriately: he waved his arms, made incomprehensible sounds, entertaining the few tourists on Red Square. Law enforcement officers quickly detained him and took him to the police station.
The hooligan turned out to be a resident of Arkhangelsk D.A. Medvedev born in 1964. Later, operatives began to doubt that the man was sane. He was taken to the capital's psychiatric hospital No. 3, Ekho Moskvy reports.
