The phenomenon of the SUNC

The specialized educational and scientific center (SUNC) has been conducting its history since 1963, when several specialized physical and mathematical schools have been organized by decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR. Each of which was attached to a large university. So in Moscow, the famous FMS number 18 arose. Among the initiators of its creation was Academician A.N. Kolmogorov, and for a long time, and now, the school was known as the Kolmogorovo boarding school.

In the modern form, the SUNC of Moscow State University was organized in 1990 on the basis of a decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR of October 20, 1989 "On the organization of specialized educational and scientific centers at Moscow State University and NSU". Initially, the status of the SUNC inside the university was very high. Now this, apparently, is not so. In addition, a scandalous situation arose with the appointment of the director of the SUNC Andrei Andriyanov, known for his political activity.

My directorship hypostasis in the history of the boarding school is highlighted by its transformation from FMSh No. 18 to the SUNC. This will always be different from other directors. It so happened that I lived the seven directorship years of my youth without getting out of the boarding school, trying to first prevent him from wagging in the Moscow city system, and after organizing the SUNC in the far October 1989 - trying to develop a new child. Having gathered something to write about this time now, for some reason a warm and cozy emotion pops up, although then everything was “on the blades”. Probably because there is a boarding school living nearby, which Dima Abrarov finished in the 77th; Probably because there is now his descendant of the Sunz; And, probably, because it turned out unnoticed that then born children can no longer depend on their parents. Now I understood: the boarding school in the “directorship” period for me is a young Sunz, there is mine in his blood. Therefore, probably, I can’t write something much different even on the topic related to the anniversary of the FMSh separately from the Sunz.

It was some kind of phantasmagoria. The winter evening, the boarding school, which is noticed by the Davydkovskaya blizzard, the old office of the director, busy, seems to be a misunderstanding, young men. Crushed by a pile of unusual for him, a recent Mehmatov graduate student, problems, in a cigarette veil, in amazement, he sees a phenomenon that has changed all the predicted course of events. In a coat that was not cooled from frost, broad-shouldered, medium height and age, graying, pleasantly cheeky, in glasses, somehow not in Moscow-the threshold crossed the threshold, no-the future of the boarding school was crossed. Alexander Aleksandrovich Nikitin from the distant Novosibirsk Academgorodok, also a graduate of his Siberian boarding school, his Matmeh and also a newly baked director. The first words from the threshold are like a hook in the jaw: well, what are you sitting, you have to do something, you can’t live like that! This was the beginning of the SUNC project.

At the Council in Fili, the young -reformers decided to act dramatically. It seems that none of those who helped, did not believe that in just a year, after the circles of bureaucratic hell at the very end of the outgoing country, it would still come out! The government was signed by Nikolai Ivanovich Ryzhkov, the last prime minister of the Union, thanks to him, he is a good person.

Who else thanks for the SUNC? From my memory. Thanks for the SUNC, then an informal official of the Ministry of Education of Maslov Sasha, to our graduate, who first pierced the Kremlin wall in the area of ​​the desired cabinet; The venerable and, very rare, of our extremely human academic fathers-Mathematics Gnedenko from Moscow, the successor of Kolmogorov according to the FMS of the Moscow State University, and the chemist of Koptyuga from Siberia, the vice president of the Academy of Sciences, the successor of Lavrentiev in the FMSh NSU (we all must remember them), rushing into this breakdown; one of the leaders of the military -industrial complex of the Union, indeed to the state person Sychev Valery Vasilievich (later the head of the State Standard); An important and tough Ovminovsky official Albert Ilyich Vladimirov (later the rector of the notorious "kerosinka").

This flywheel of authority and activity, mysteriously rotated by us with San Sanych under the accompaniment of the endless alteration of the text of the resolution and protracted business trips of Sanych to Moscow, forced the fiercely resisting minister of education of the software to surrender. Special and nimble thanks to the unique Peter Pavlov - an assistant to this still a bright minister. He carried us disinterestedly and romantically at the target, helped later. Thanks to everyone who then substituted their shoulder and gave hope, sorry who inadvertently missed. As a result, they all did the Sungs - a very good thing. To universal surprise, childbirth took place, children, initially in the amount of two pieces, after numerous iterations were born under the names of the Moscow and Novosibirsk Sunz. This happened to a fine in the October Day of 1989, about noon, there was a physical day in the boarding school; I, who was bursting with happiness, rushing from the boarding school, where the news found the news, in the lobby the first to see Lyubov Alexander Kondrashova, but, apparently, did not understand that this time the directorship young exception is completely exceptional - the steeper than his father's happiness with good news from the hospital.

The Sungs were born with their departments, new computers and others, now seeming unrealistic charms (an example is black caviar at the second breakfast at that time!). The boarding schools-their gifted nuclei were accepted by parents-universities after a humiliating and stripping under a completely secondary school of captivity of the city and continued to enjoy life.

Inexplicably everything turned out. Two sainless director of informal, sincerely fulfilling their non-authorized mission by anyone, having long quitting smoking, went differently in another life: one-earlier, the other later. But conceived exclusively for love with that winter evening, the children seem to be a success and live their non -trivial life. An amazing and strange story, the main thing is not a fairy tale. What happened to the children later - others will tell.

An open letter to the rector regarding the appointment of A.V. Andriyanova Director of the SUNC Moscow State University

Deeply Reasonable Victor Antonovich!

We became aware of the appointment of Andreyov Andrei Vladimirovich as director of the SUNC of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. We, the undersigned graduates, teachers and parents of students of the SUNC of Moscow State University, express disagreement with your decision. We believe that the director of the educational institution representing the Moscow State University must have a positive pedagogical and economic and administrative experience, have worthy scientific results and an unsuccessful reputation. We are opposed to the appointment of A.V. Andriyanova, director of the SUNC of Moscow State University, since he does not satisfy these requirements.

According to the plan of Andrei Nikolayevich Kolmogorov, training at the FMS of the Moscow State University should ensure “conscious assimilation of the foundations of science, developing initiative, love for science, instilling skills for independent work”. Fulfillment of these requirements under the leadership of A.V. Andriyanova seems impossible for us, because:

1. A.V. Andriyanov does not have the experience of teaching the courses of the natural science profile, and in the SUNC of Moscow State University itself, he worked only as a teacher, which did not imply teaching work. We believe that the experience of A.V. Andriyanova is insufficient to occupy the position of director of the SUNC;

2. A.V. Since 2003, Andriyanov has been a graduate student of the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University, however, he still has not defended his dissertation in his specialty.

We consider it a mistake at the head of the physical and mathematical school of a person who does not have the experience of teaching natural science disciplines and showing his inability to scientific work.

In addition to scientific and pedagogical qualities, the school principal must have a positive experience in administrative work. Competence A.V. Andriyanova in this area is also doubtful - during his work, he was engaged in the main organization of public events, although they are important for the university, are not primarily important for students, the presentation of which A.V. Andriyanov. Under him, Studsoyuz did not actually carry out many points prescribed in the charter, such as the protection and representation of the rights and interests of students. Moreover, A.V. Andriyanov used the post of chairman of the Studsoyuz for personal purposes - before the elections to the Duma in 2011, in which he ran for the United Russia party, he unanimously initiated the entry of the Moscow State University Studio to the All -Russian Popular Front. We are afraid that A.V. Andriyanov will continue to use his position for personal purposes.

We also consider the wrong situation where the leadership of students of the university is entrusted to a person who allowed himself unethical public statements addressed to students of Moscow State University (on the air of the Rain television channel of November 21, 2011).

It should be noted that the change of director of the SUNC shortly before the exam and final exams causes significant fears that have already been expressed by the teachers of the SUNC in the form of a letter with a request to postpone the change of the director until the end of the school year. Regrets the fact that you left this appeal unanswered.

We believe that the work of A.V. Andriyanova as director of the SUNC of Moscow State University will harm the school and students there for children. Urgently ask you to cancel your decision and hold a competition for the post of director of the SUNC of Moscow State University.
