Network showdowns between Orthodox orthodox and sympathetic Pussy Riot are moving from online to real life. Relatives and defenders of the alleged participants of the punk group are threatened with murder. The threats of reprisals come to the address of especially distinguished defenders of the faith. Publicpost talked about this with the addressees of the threats.
The persecution of the alleged participants in the punk mayobine began before their arrest. The right -wing radicals , not without the help of the police, came the personal data of girls from Pussy and their photos. Addresses and home phones were posted on the Narodnaya Protection website and from there were sent to the blogosphere. After that, calls with the threats of reprisals began.
After the arrest of the alleged participants in the punk group in defense of the Pussy Riot, an employee of the Hospice Help "Vera" Lidia Moniava spoke. On March 6, she, as an Orthodox Christian, wrote an open appeal to Patriarch Kirill with a request for a Christian attitude to the arrested. Under it, 5,739 people were signed, and on March 12 it was transferred to the Patriarchate. The letter made a lot of noise. Orthodox radicals immediately stated that Moniava at the same time with the participants of the action, and not Orthodox at all. The answer to the appeal was not long in coming: Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin in the collective blog "Orthodox Policy"harshly opposed such appeals. And to Moniava, he said that the initiator of the letter should be allowed to participate only after repentance. “A lady who used to justify obvious sins, including a“ action ”in the temple, and therefore, if it is a parishioner of the temple, should be allowed to participate only after repentance,” Chaplin wrote. After that, personal data appeared on the network not only of monias, but also by its boss, the head of the Vera Foundation Nyuta Federmeser.
Despite the fact that the publication of the personal data of women on the Internet is more than dangerous, they react calmly to it.
Nyuta Federmeser, President of the Hospice Charity Fund "Vera":
The employee of our fund Lida Moniava and on me on the Internet began to collect information. This was established by our friends who are watching what they write about us. So, they laid out information about us, there is only full: where they studied, when they got married, where we live. Of course, we became more careful, but we understand that these are fanatics. We wrote about our fund that we are cooperating with Western organizations, that we have everything bad, but in fact any check that was or will be shows that everything is fine with us.
Lidia Moniava, an employee of the Vera Foundation, Orthodox, who made an open letter to the Patriarch in defense Pussy Riot:
There were no threats addressed to me, but they write a lot of nasty things. At work and in the church, everything is in order. What they write to me on the blog is nonsense, this did not affect my opinion about the action. What is happening around the action is some kind of nightmare.
New waves of threats occurred after March 8, when pickets in defense of Pussy Riot on Petrovka were carried out, on March 14, when the picket of the building of the Moscow City Court was carried out . There was a collision in general. Radical Orthodox, who came to the court of the court and sprinkled the supporters of Pussy with holy water, clung to the picketers. During the skirmish, a member of the ultra -right Congress of Russian communities (KRO) Alexander Bosykh hit the girl with a fist in the temple. After the appearance of the video in the barefoot network, he also began to receive threats. Representatives of the hacker group Anonymous opposed him.
Alexander Bosykh, Head of CRO Council for working with youth:
There were threats, they can be read in my post , there are a huge number of them. You know, I am a little aware of such things, if they wanted to find me, they would have found, and did not write about it on the Internet. Therefore, there is no point in paying any attention to these hamsters. The maximum that they can do is paint the entrance, unscrew the handle at the door. The address that was posted on the Internet is not living there, there my mother lives, there was three calls there, she was even glad to chat. I'm not afraid. Of course, there are a lot of crazy people, but I am ready (and there is something) to answer. As for the promotion from these "bubbles" - there there is a place to be paid propaganda in social networks and blogosphere. I know such things, how much it costs, how it is done, I see that there is a group, promotion, a huge number of comments, conclusions in the top. This is all worth the money. I regard my injury at 70-100 thousand.
Bosykh was the first to bring the conflict and swearing on social networks from online to offline.
Calls to mobile and homemade phones, and then meetings in the entrance - such an intimidation shares began against the relatives of the girls.
Nikolai Polozov, lawyer Pussy Riot:
This began on March 8, when a picket was held in support of the girls on Petrovka. Unknown to the mother’s home home phone, unknown people called, there were several calls, threatened, they said that they would kill her and the machine of a little son. They said that they would suit them "Orthodox jihad." She immediately called me, and I recommended writing a statement to the police, indicating the time of the call - the police must find out who called, from which phone. Mom Alyokhina was terribly scared, now she does not use the city phone, and she only approaches the familiar numbers to the mobile phone. She recently returned from work, and several young people were waiting for her on the stairwell, who shot her on mobile phones. These people introduced themselves to bloggers and asked provocative questions about Masha. She recorded the names of the sites that they named, checked on the Internet - it turned out, there are no such ones.
There were no direct threats addressed to me, but since I am active on social networks, in particular on Twitter, I constantly encounter these anxious streams. But I have a different story, the authorities began to press me a little, I do not exclude that it is in connection with this topic. This is the so -called business "about eaten sheets", the story with Ponomarev and Udaltsov. Despite the fact that all the deadlines passed, they suddenly began to swing the whole thing. Now they are conducting a pre -investigation check. Bastrykin personally transferred this case to the head of the investigative department in Moscow.
I do not know about threats to relatives of other girls, they did not contact me.
The Polit.ru website on March 29 reported that 39-year-old journalist Vitaly Akimov suffered for his position. The fact is that he wrote a poem in defense of Pussy, which was launched by the daughter of Vitaly Sasha and Glasha. The video with the girls was posted on YouTube and became very popular. Vitaly deleted the video, but this did not save him from dismissal.
City artists decided to hold the Arty Riot Bus art action on April 1 in support of Pussy. The action will represent a mobile bus party that will pass through the garden ring, which combines a press conference, showing art objects and performances in support of the group. The militant Orthodox in the person of the same Alexander Bosykh prepare a power contract. Regarding this on the Facebook page, he has already discussed with his associates a power contract against Party Riot Bus.
“If they constantly receive a physical rebuff, plus, I hope that some lifelong injuries-there will be much less people who want to crawl out of the cesspool. This is the main goal,” the user of Alexander Bosykh says. The organizers of the PARTY RIOT BUS campaign, together with the lawyers of the Association of Human Rights Assembly of Agora, which ensures the legal support of the project, filed an application with the police about the threats of an attack on the participants in the action . Bosykh in an interview with Publicpost said that "if the attacks on the Cathedral of Christ the Savior continue, then we are ready for groups to protect him. We can bring a lot of people. Many themselves ask for such promotions."
As part of the criminal investigation over the punk mayobine, which took place on February 21 in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, three alleged members of the group were arrested: Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, Maria Alekhina, Ekaterina Samutsevich. The investigation charged them under part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("hooliganism"). Pankets threatens up to seven years in prison.

After speaking with the "punk-ground" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior for girls from the feminist group Pussy Riot, a real hunt began. The Orthodox community requires an “inevitable punishment” for them, civil activists go to single pickets in their defense.
