Mosgosstroynadzor became interested in why, when extinguishing a fire in the tower of the Federation under construction, the Federation of the Ministry of Emergencies units in Moscow, for unknown reasons, was not used for unknown reasons.

According to the agency, the indicated system was “in good condition” during the emergency, and at that time firefighters had to drag on the 67th floor with all equipment. The reasons for the inaction of the system promise to check, and strictly punish the perpetrators - up to deprivation of the certificate of admission to work, Interfax reports.

"At present, on behalf of the Moscow Construction Supervision Management, a facility is being checked, according to which severe measures will be taken to violators up to the sending of materials in the SRO (self -regulatory organization) to suspend the certificate of admission to work," the Mosgosstroynadzor press service quoted, which was distributed on Tuesday.

It notes that in 2011 the developer was developed and agreed with the Ministry of Emergencies Fire extinguishing for the construction period of the building. And according to this plan, fire-tactical exercises have been repeatedly conducted by the Ministry of Emergencies.

The day before, the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation reported that there were no fire protection systems in the burning building, since it was not commissioned and supervised by the fire safety state was carried out by Stroynadzor.

On Tuesday, the head of the Ministry of Emergencies Sergey Shoigu already demanded to check the compliance with fire safety standards in Moscow City. “This is not an ordinary building. This is a high -rise, potentially dangerous building,” the minister emphasized, also noting that since this facility under construction is carried out by the Moscow Stock -ups.

In Moscow-City, unscheduled fire brigades on all skyscrapers under construction are already going on, work is carried out on their own forces. A fire at the level of the 67th floor of the East Tower of the Complex Tower of the MMDC “MMDC“ Moscow-City ”(section No. 13) arose on the evening of April 2. As reported, the workers failed to eliminate the fire with their own forces with the help of fire extinguishers due to strong winds.

The first fire department arrived at 20:05. But it was possible to localize the fire only with the participation of fire helicopters at 23:35, and to eliminate at 00:01 the next day. During the extinguishing of the fire, the combustion area reached 300 sq.m. As a result of the emergency, no one was injured.

The damage from the fire is previously estimated at several million dollars, experts say. However, it is too early to talk about specific figures - the work of appraisers has just begun. However, the company "Alfastrakhovaniya", where the tower is insured, expresses the hope that the damage may not be too large, since the structural elements of the building have not suffered.

The construction and installation risks of the development company, which builds the Vostok tower, insured in this company for almost $ 358 million (USA), said Andrei Emelyanov, head of the insurance insurance department of the insurer.

According to other sources, the constructive elements were still damaged: the concrete overlap of the 67th floor was deformed. Some experts believe that it may be necessary to dismantle structures of the upper floors of the building.

The Business Complex "Federation", erected on section No. 13 in "City", is a complex of two high -altitude towers "Vostok" and "West". The West Tower 243 meters includes residential apartments, a hotel complex, office premises used by VTB Bank. The Vostok Tower, whose height is planned at the level of 360 meters, also includes residential apartments and office blocks, most of which are booked for use by employees of Sberbank of the Russian Federation.
