The rehabilitation center for seriously ill children, "Childhood" should give one of the two buildings of the Krestovozda Jerusalem Stavropigial Convent in the village of Sanatorium "Gorki Leninsky" in the suburbs. According to Radio Liberty, such a decision was made by the Moscow Arbitration Court, where for about two years the lawsuit of the Orthodox monastery against the rehabilitation center was considered. The medical center, where seriously ill children from all over the country is being treated, is fed by more than half a hectare of land by court decision, and with it one of its two buildings, where two departments, clinic and school are located.

Between the hospital buildings is the monastery territory. On it is a path connecting the two buildings of the Center "Childhood". There is a special gate in the monastery fence. In 2010, the monastery presented its rights to the corps with the clinic, arguing this by the fact that before the revolution this land belonged to the monastery, and in 1992 the state did not give the monastery all.

“One fine day, the gate turned out to be locked,” said the director of the rehabilitation center Evgeny Lillin. “And not just locked: the track itself connecting our buildings was destroyed in the literal sense - with chopped hammers - and dotted with a certain number of bricks so that it became simply impossible to use it.”

At the end of March, it became known that the representatives of Patriarch Kirill, who own the apartment in the famous "House on the Embankment", achieved the arrest of his neighbor from below. By decision of Moscow courts, the ex-Minister of Health, the cardiologist and priest Yuri Shevchenko must pay 20 million rubles as compensation for damage caused to the housing of Patriarch Kirill. According to the judicial authorities, the apartment belonging to Shevchenko costs 15 million rubles. The arrest of the housing owned by the Shevchenko family is aimed at ensuring the claims.

The communal story associated with the Patriarchal Apartment began in 2010. Lydia Leonova, prescribed in the apartment of Vladimir Gundyaeva, accused Yuri Shevchenko of the fact that the construction dust from the repair that was in the doctor’s apartment injured the property of the Primate. “Patriarch Kirill also did not file any lawsuits,” said Alexander Soldatov, the editor -in -chief of the independent portal-credo.ru. “The plaintiff is a certain Madame Lidia Leonova, who has recently been represented by the Patriarch’s sister. But we don’t know for a certain extent to what kind of kinship she is with him. We only know that it is registered in this apartment, and Vladimir is the sole owner of the living space Gundyaev, aka Patriarch Kirill.

"The name of Lydia Leonova first surfaced in the late 90s-when it turned out that several commercial structures were registered in Smolensk, where the current Patriarch Kirill was the diocesan bishop. These structures, in particular, were engaged in the notorious tobacco business-they controlled some kind of tobacco trading, various kinds of investments. Lidia Leonova, whom the future patriarch brought with him to Smolensk even from Leningrad, is his some kind of financial agent at least a rather close person, since they live in the same apartment, ”Soldatov said.

According to him, the property of Patriarch Kirill "is probably surpassing the property of any other patriarch in the entire post -revolutionary Russian history."
