The Office of the IC in the Moscow Region recently completed an investigation into a criminal case against criminal investigators - Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Saenko, Major Alexander Perfiliev and Captain Roman Kuzin. From the detainee, they sought recognition in the murder of a civil husband. In 2006, Roman Kuzin was convicted immediately in four cases of abuse of authority. He was given four years conditionally and for two years was deprived of the right to work in the police. Having removed the criminal record, he was again accepted for service.
During the inspection of the office cabinets of the Yegoryevsky Internal Affairs Directorate, six gas masks were seized. A criminal case has been instituted under an article on excess of official powers using violence and special funds, the article provides for up to ten years in prison. Evidence of the guilt of the police was collected enough to send the case to the court, said Irina Gumennaya, official representative of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region.
On April 3, in Kostroma, the court sentenced the former and current operatives of the threat of Maxim Ponomarev and Konstantin Goryachev, who beat the detainees and tried them with current, by four and three years in prison with deprivation of the right to occupy positions in law enforcement agencies for a period of 3 years
On April 2, the court sentenced the former policeman, who had scored a man near the Moscow cafe, by eight years in a maximum security colony.
