Alexander, what happened yesterday at the REN TV office? Not the most typical story when, without a request, without sanction, without any warnings, people come in uniform and begin to withdraw materials.
Alexander Zavodnaya : Of course. They do not come often often, but moreover, even more so. My colleagues and I, when we came to work, began to discuss - whose could the plot be seized? Because many of us did about Antif and more than one story. And so, when it became clear that it was me, we looked at this plot again, remembered what was there. Apparently, one of the heroes of our plot, a certain Denis, attracted attention, he was even called Alexei, who took responsibility for the attack on the office of Maxim Mishchenko, "Russia Young."
Elena Rykovtseva : Not everyone remembers. This is 2009, which now suddenly surfaces so unexpectedly. It was not just an attack on the office of the Young Guard. It was revenge, as I understand it.
Alexander Zavodnaya : Yes, all this happened after the murder of the informal leader of Antif Ivan Khutorsky, nicknamed Kostol. The guys gathered. There was a 500 man, probably. They all came, mourned and collected money, donations, for Ivan, for his family. On this wave, they decided to go and somehow take revenge, maybe either prove themselves, and chose the office of Maxim Mishchenko Rosmol. They went there and began to smash him a little-to throw bottles, beat something, glass, cars. All this did not go on for a very long time. They quickly ran away, as is usually the case. Because "antifa" appear from nowhere and go nowhere.
Elena Rykovtseva : Flying detachments.
Alexander Zavodnaya : Yes, absolutely true. Someone was even detained, employees of this office, sent to the police department. There they were held for some time and soon released. Here, in fact, events developed so.
Yesterday we met with Maxim Mishchenko in hot pursuit of what happened, and tried to ask him how the investigation passed.
Elena Rykovtseva : How did the criminal case end then? Why is it popping up now?
Alexander Zavodnaya : Yes. And he shrugged and said - I don’t know what is the interest today, because two years ago, no matter how we tried to reach, no matter how much we wrote statements, nothing happened. The case was closed.
Elena Rykovtseva : And suddenly we suddenly find out that the case is most likely not closed. Your plot is large. It includes several stories. And the guy, the main character of this attack, directly says - this is me.
Alexander Zavodnaya : Yes, he said so. We were very surprised. In general, a rather young young man. He was probably 18 years old then, he kept abruptly, impudently. When we told him, do you understand what you did now? He said - I'm not afraid of anything, I am not scared, this is a war that is waged on the streets. This is true. Because for the layman this is not visible, and when you delve into this story, you begin to meet with them (and with the nationalists too), especially when it goes in contrast, you see these young people, students in front of you, someone even teaches something somewhere. Young people. And under their jackets, they have body armor, in their pockets knives, some traumatic pistols.
Elena Rykovtseva : On the faces of the mask.
Alexander Nastosadnaya : on the faces of the mask. This is such a game, on the one hand, it seems, when you look at them. And on the other hand, you understand that this is not a game, this is all very serious. They say - yes, indeed, we wear it all, wearing it, because we are killed, because we can not reach home, they threaten us. There is such a war.
Elena Rykovtseva : And this guy, the main character of that plot, where is now?
Alexander Zastsadodnaya : We tried to contact him. And we did it. We were very surprised at what happened to him during these two years. After the attack on the Khimkinsky administration, a large number of arrests were carried out, etc. He had to also go to bars, but runs away from Russia in time. He runs to Ukraine, to Kyiv, asks for political asylum there. He was planted, as he explained, to the Kiev Central, where he asked for six months, he waited for some decision on his own. It so happened that he was transported to Holland. Now he is on the border of Belgium and Holland, in a small town.
Elena Rykovtseva : Who transported him, colleagues?
Alexander Zastsadodnaya : Most likely, everything was already in an official way. There he received the status of a political refugee. Lives in social housing - a small apartment. He says that he teaches the language, wants to become an artist, studies. From politics is completely far away, he is no longer interested in anything, no need. He had enough Kyiv Central.
Elena Rykovtseva : If the case is initiated again, if the investigation is ongoing again, they can wanted it ...
Alexander Zavodnaya : Yes. He was on the international wanted list, but I asked: "How are you, are you going home?" He smiled so much and said: "Where will I get together?! Naturally-no." Although I understand that psychologically it is difficult for him. He is alone. He is probably only 20 years old now. And having been far from everyone, he is trying to live. But this is the path that he chose for himself.
Elena Rykovtseva : I would not want to turn him back from this path.
Once again I will list all the criminal cases that have existed against activists of the Antif movement over the years. This is their revenge on the “Young Guard” (for some reason they knelled the “Young Guard” with the murder of his leader Ivan Khutorsky). Interfax said at one time anonymity by Antif’s activist: “The attack is explained by the fact that there were facts indicating the support of the pro-Kremlin movements of the Nazi and neo-Nazi structures.” The action was dedicated to the murdered activist Ivan Khutorsky. Later there was a Khimki business, but listeners could forget that we are talking about an attack on the administration of the city of Khimki. This is just in the midst of a forest scandal. The weekly Kommersant-Vlast ranked this case to the most high-profile affairs of 2011 and said that on June 24, the Khimkinsky City Court sentenced two activists of the Antif movement, accused of organizing an attack on the city administration. Alexey Gaskarov was justified, and Maxim Solopov received two years conditionally. They wrote that this was a mild punishment.
It seems to me that there are no more other criminal cases (we are not talking about what is happening in Nizhny Novgorod now), there was no antifa in Moscow. How do you, Alexander, link this withdrawal of materials with these criminal cases, which seemed to have no more movements?
Alexander Litinsky : Now all this topic is already on decline. These are mainly events in 2003-2010. Because the most razor neo -Nazis were planted in prisons. Even according to them, about 2000 people are in Russia in prisons for crimes related to racist violence. Therefore, such a contingent that was ready to run with knives, with injuries, including Antif, which provoked some kind of response from Antifa, was very reduced. I could say that in 75% today's stories are an echo of events of 2003, 2010. But there were a lot of criminal cases. There were a number of ships. There were some sentences.
Elena Rykovtseva : Alexander, we are talking about mentioned in the program. If the materials of this particular program were needed, then we somehow linish with these matters.
Alexander Litinsky : I will explain this. Firstly, Denis, who is now in Holland, he is the brother of Maxim Solopov, who received two years conditionally for Khimki. I can’t say that the verdict on the chemicals is so super -furry. There the problem was that the investigation was absolutely moronic. Lesha Gaskarov was generally justified, and what Maxim Solopov did there was also not really proved. This was in line with Russian justice at the moment to do this.
I want to add to Denis. Firstly, journalist REN TV is not quite right. Still, he is now 24-25 years old, but he looks young. Plus, it is successful that he received this refugee status. Accordingly, the Russian police really do not like this. How “hanging” they go. Apparently, they are now trying to raise this status. I have repeatedly interviewed Maxim Michenko. This whole story has already been very fooled by this whole story. He wants to forget about her. He was really pogged then this office. Probably, it is quite possible to assume that Denis participated in this, but I am very not sure. There were broken glasses, threw some fires. As far as I know, after that Rosmol moved away from sin to another office. But I do not think that now Mishchenko is very necessary. He himself has such views - close to moderate nationalism. At some point, he began to cooperate with the Russian Image organization. He intersected with this movement on trips. He was sure that this was some kind of civilized structure, and then this structure was indirectly involved in the story with the murder of Markelov and Baburova. Then, in fact, the main leaders of the Russian Image organization went to a certain deal with the investigation. Instead of sitting on one bench with Nikita Tikhonov, who was recognized as a killer, and to leave for the polar circle, they testified to him. In fact, their testimony is one of the most basic in this matter. This is one story.
And the situation with Denis - his Russian police really want to get. Because even in the fall, one representative of the ultra -right ones gave some fantastic testimonies to Denis Solopov. There was an anti -fascist concert. The far -right ones tried to attack this concert. They were failure - several people received serious damage, in particular, a person who then gave evidence. It was quite cut with knives. And he testified that Denis Solopov did it. But Denis Solopov at that moment was in Turkey, there is a foreign passport that confirms that he was there. It can be assumed why such indications appeared. It may well be some other tour with an attempt to attract Denis, put pressure on the UN, the European Union, that this is a very dangerous extremist who beats glass in the office of Maxim Mishchenko.
Elena Rykovtseva : Now I definitely think that our listeners get the impression that Antifa exists only to beat, participate in fights at concerts. All that you tell is the story of continuous violence or participation in some brawls. But let's clearly set up all points over I. Yes, there was an attack on the office of the Young Guard. "Antifa" did not hide that it was they beat the glass there. But they did not bring five people to the station who said - yes, it's me. They did not prove, did not find - they closed the case. Right? No one was convicted of this case.
Alexander Litinsky : It is incomprehensible - closed or not closed. Maxim Mishchenko told me that just the police did nothing in hot pursuit. You can understand why she did not. There, Ivan Khutorskaya, who had a very great authority, died there. Accordingly, I think that the police were simply afraid of some escalation of violence. And about-peaceful, not peaceful ... In fact, Antifa is not an organization. There is an organization "Owl", there are liberals, there are anarchists, there are socialists ...
Elena Rykovtseva : How do you determine these?
Alexander Litinsky : They are engaged in a bunch of activities, including periodically conducting when there is a need for this, some anti-fascist actions. There is a person who participates in some kind of political activity with an international position. He, apparently, can be considered "antifa". So I can’t say that I am Antifa. I hardly understand what Antifa is. Antifa is a mythical phenomenon. Antifa may be involved in some left, some other political activists, on the one hand. For example, some people who go to football may be involved, they do not like ultra-right manifestations.
Elena Rykovtseva : This is understandable. But we are talking about the external manifestations of their activities. Let us return to the plot of Alexander Nadsadny. This is a big, serious plot. It concerns not only the "young guard". It concerns the same hooliganism regarding the office of Komsomolskaya Pravda. They threw something into one of the orders of the Komsomolskaya Pravda, disposed of him.
Alexander Zavodnaya : Something was thrown, the glasses are broken, including the Order of the Patriotic War. The situation is that these Antifa groups do not have a general leadership. They are all scattered. Therefore, what happened to the Komsomol truth, the most active anti -fascists, public, if I may say, said that it was not us and condemned this act. These are some groups that are not controlled by anyone. They appear on their own.
Elena Rykovtseva : Alexander, you had a big plot. It was difficult to do it. People in masks. You somehow collected them, interviewed them. I was amazed at the work that I saw on the screen. Alexander Litinsky says that these are some groups that do not represent anyone. They have no center. Although they have a site. How did you agree with them? Who do they recognize their representatives?
Alexander Zastsadodnaya : Yes, it is very difficult to meet with them and find a way out on them. If you personally, then it is completely difficult. Different ways - through the Internet they wrote the same, they responded. Because these guys are not against the publicity of a certain. Moreover, then there was a reason. And we still met with them. For several days we planned this whole thing. They came in couples. Of course, they knew each other, but not so that they were built and went. Naturally, they do not have a single leader who would lead them. There is no office where you can call and agree on filming. This is nothing. They live an ordinary life-someone teaches at institutes, someone in these institutions is studying. Absolutely sane guys, very sensible and educated.
When we met with them, they said that we would put on these masks for shooting, because something could happen to us both from the side of nationalists and law enforcement agencies. Because in law enforcement agencies all these guys, almost everything, probably, is on a note.
Elena Rykovtseva : That's where the lists of organizations need to be taken.
Alexander Nastzadnaya : Law enforcement agencies, of course, are well aware of them, know them by name, etc. They can also affect them when a large action is gathering, they may not let any specific leaders go there. This is all, present.
Elena Rykovtseva : And how little information exists about Antif, and how absurd this information can be seen in the example of last year’s publication in the arguments of the week ”, which studied the suicide history of Vyacheslav Sizov, the head of the Office for the Combating of Extremism, which was engaged in the Antifa affair. The expert of the newspaper in all seriousness says that “he could be brought to suicide by zombie, because among“ leftists ”there are many psychologists, young scientists who did not find their talents in peaceful life”!
