"In addition to qualifications in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, this cruel act, the participants in the beating must also be presented to civil lawsuits on compensation for harm. The prosecutor’s office will support them. Parents will answer with a wallet. The girl’s health and human dignity, straightened up by adolescents, should be restored in court," the Ombudsman quotes the Ombudsman of RIA Novosti .
At the end of March, in the city of Gusev, the Kaliningrad region at the height of school holidays, two schoolgirls beat a girlfriend and posted a video on the Internet. In the video, one of the girls beats his peer with his feet on the head, while the other holds her hair. On April 7, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under the article “Entertaining for Murder”, but Gusev’s prosecutor canceled the decision to initiate the case and the detention of schoolgirls due to the fact that the requirements of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation were violated.
