The Nashi movement and other pro-Kremlin activists, which had been quiet since the December mass rallies, became active again in February. Now, however, they are not conducting their own actions, but counter-actions. Thus, youth activists were spotted during the motor rally “For Fair Elections” along the Garden Ring: several dozen young people on Zemlyanoy Val whistled at the rally participants and showed them their middle fingers. The motorists did not remain in debt, and only the speed of movement prevented them from entering into a more detailed dialogue with the “nashi”. And on February 26, “Nashi” and their subsidiary movement “Steel” (about a hundred people) went to the civil action “Big White Circle”: they stood with posters, and then headed to Revolution Square to “stop the unauthorized rally” that Sergei was allegedly planning to organize there Udaltsov.

Nashi Commissioner Maria Kislitsyna could later be seen in photographs of the stampede during the arrest of Udaltsov by the police. A little later, a short message appeared on the Nashi website stating that they had successfully stopped the unauthorized action.

"Lenta.ru": Do I understand correctly that around February you began preparing for the presidential elections according to a scenario similar to the December one?

Maria Kislitsyna: It cannot be said that we began to prepare for the elections in February. We started preparing about a year ago. Of course, we understood that March was already approaching, that there would be some events.

By the way, your people came out to the “Great White Ring” to hold hands.

Yes, they did.

Why did they come out and what did they personally gain from all this?

For any person, going offline is very important. It is very important to meet your opponent, including your ideological opponent, in person and communicate. There the guys met just their opponents. They expressed their point of view. You see, what the story was here - on the Internet, in blogs, the same topic was constantly circulating: that Putin would win dishonestly. At the same time, all sociological studies, including studies of the opposition Levada, said that Putin would win. This means that the people who started writing in advance that Putin would win unfairly wanted to steal our votes.

I can tell you about my experience of voting at the polling station. I voted with an absentee certificate because I do not have a Moscow residence permit. We came to the polling station together with my friend from St. Petersburg, who also had an absentee ballot. Due to the fact that we are people under 30, let’s say, and we both came with absentee ballots, we simply caused a wild stir at the polling station. A representative of one of the candidates pointed a camera right in my face and began filming my passport data, moving the camera from my face to my passport while the woman copied my data. Then, when they started writing out a report on me, he started calling the prosecutor’s office because two a la young men dared to come to the polling station with absentee ballots. He was completely hysterical.

What area was this?

He had some interesting number. It was exactly 666 and some number ahead. We also took pictures in front of him.

In fact, the Internet, that is, Moscow, tried to tell the whole country that there would be no real vote for Putin. But how can it not be? I vote, my mother votes. I know dozens of people who vote for Putin. Polls say that yes, they will vote for Putin. The fact of the matter is that they tried to steal our votes.

And on February 26th, this conversation with opponents was built precisely from such positions?

Yes, exactly around this. The guys stood with signs that said: “8 days left until Putin’s victory.” When we talked with the opposition and with those who came to this event, we reported precisely that the polls say that Putin will win. Most likely this will be the case. If this is the case, accept it. Agree that the majority is ready to vote for him. We understand that you have a different opinion. We may not share it, but we agree that you have it. Agree that we have the right to vote for him. This is exactly the message we came out with.

And then you went to stop the unauthorized action?

Yes, to Revolution Square.

Yes, sure. The fact of the matter is that the movement has always said that we do not take upon ourselves the right to twist Udaltsov’s arms, take him to jail and then tell him how much he must pay in a fine. Our task is to prevent them from putting people in the first row in front of the police, as they often do. Udaltsov is standing behind, people are in front. And there, God forbid, someone got hurt. We are ready to stand between the police and these people they are throwing forward and stop them. If you look at the videos from all these events, I always do the same thing - I stand between people and always say: “Stop, stop, don’t,” and the same at Triumphalka, my actions are always the same.

On the issue that it is not so easy to come between the parties. Is it true that both at Triumfalka and on February 26 in the story with Udaltsov, football fans helped you?

There are probably football fans in the Nashi movement. I'll tell you more. For example, the head of the Test Purchase project, Semyon Danilov, is a fan of Lokomotiv, I don’t know if he can be called a football fan after that.

Let's just say, do you also evaluate the physical fitness of those people who go to stop unauthorized actions?

Certainly. Moreover, we tell all our people who go to such events after the Triumphal Day about the guy who almost lost an eye, and about the guy who got a burn, so that people, God forbid, don’t think that they are going to some kind of event. that fun event where they would wave a flag, and then get into some kind of mess. We always honestly warn everyone who comes to us about what the event is and what might happen to them.
