Drunk British students stripped naked and terrorized 1,500 passengers on the Spirit of France ferry

On April 8, on board the brand new ferry Spirit of France, on the way from Dover to Calais, about 200 students from the University of Manchester staged a drunken brawl, frightening 1500 passengers to the point that they had to be closed in safe rooms to protect them from the excesses of young students.

4 buses with students were loaded onto the ferry for the next trip to the ski resorts of the Alps, and by that time the students were already very drunk, eyewitnesses say. The students immediately fled to the bars of the ferry, and began to strengthen the achieved state with new portions of alcohol.

Having reached a certain point of no return to human form, the students, having stripped naked, began to jump on the tables, beat anything and anyone they came across, and create other outrages.

No one seems to have been seriously injured, how exactly they were pacified is not yet reported, but most likely, upon arrival in Calais, the police could not do without. The university administration launched an investigation.
