Political literacy

1. In order for the state to serve society, to work in the interests of society, it must be formed by society itself. In reality, this can happen through the elite of society, which is formed from society itself.

2. Society can form its own elite if it (society) in its active part consists of citizens (owners, taxpayers) who are economically and politically independent from the state, united by the presence of a common idea that is understandable and close to all members of society.

3. In Russian society in our time, there is no conscious unifying idea that would be native to every citizen, that would naturally unite and unite people. There can be only one such unifying idea - the idea of ​​achieving a better life, relying on one’s own strengths (to live better today than we lived yesterday, to live better tomorrow than we live today).

4. Such a unifying idea is necessary for our society, because the majority of people cannot create a decent, prosperous life for themselves without certain conditions. Such conditions should and can be created, maintained and developed only by a state oriented and directed by society towards such goals. Such a state can be formed (formed, appointed, hired) only from the elite of a society of citizens united by the idea of ​​achieving a better life for themselves and their families.

5. The elite of society is formed (recruited) from members of society through the natural selection of the most intellectually developed, active, organized, broad-minded, courageous fellow citizens as a result of social, political, and entrepreneurial activities, subject to the non-interference of the state.

6. Society must go through several stages in its development in order to become capable of forming a state that realizes its interests. A society should have a prominent group of citizens who are economically and politically independent and who can serve as role models for other members of society. This group of citizens becomes the social basis for the formation of a political party that reflects the interests of citizens economically and politically independent from the state. The party creates in as large a part of the population as possible the desire to achieve a better life, relying on their own strength. The party seeks from the existing state to create conditions for the majority of citizens that give them the opportunity to improve their lives on their own. Through the party (parties), the elite (elites) of society are formed from among citizens economically and politically independent of the state. For constant interaction, mutual influence and interpenetration, a real strong direct and feedback connection is established between society and the elite of society.

7. Such a transformation of Russian society will require enormous efforts to overcome the resistance of the existing authorities at all levels and the reluctance of a large part of society to actively live, work, achieve material and spiritual well-being for themselves and their families due to the low culture of relations in our society, the lack of primacy of society over the state in our country.
