Worship cross of Chrysostom

Such a cross was installed near the road at the exit from Zlatoust towards the Moscow-Chelyabinsk highway.


What is this? For what? Questions are asked by citizens who have not completed the young fighter’s course in the fundamentals of Orthodox culture. I asked myself the same question.

Worship crosses are planned to be installed in all four directions of exit from the city. There are only two so far. They were made in the Zlatoust art workshops “AiR” and “MAOK”.



It is believed that those who went to the void, but did not have time to enter the church and receive a blessing, can stop at this cross. This is such a busy traveler, and special prayers were always offered for those traveling, and maybe he’ll stop here and think about it.

Considering the number of accidents on this highway, the opportunity to slow down and think about it may not be superfluous.
