There was only one “but”: in one of the five applications filed for “pumpkin lot”, the proposed price of the work was 20 million rubles, and the terms of the work were close to the minimum permissible, while all the required documents were available and there were no complaints to them. The simple calculations showed that the Michurinsky State Agrarian University, who submitted this application, should bypass Europe-BioFarm when calculating the final score even if the latter receives 45 points permissible for state procurement for the quality of work and qualifications.

The results of the competition were not very different from the forecast, only the second place was guessed incorrectly: “CJSC NPO“ Europe-BioFarm ”received 41.86 points, the Pyatigorsk State Humanitarian and Technology University-40.94 points, the Far Eastern Federal University-39.45 points, and closed the list of Raff-Soft LLC from 28.33 score.

No less serious success should be expected in the reform of education and science.
