Google Corporation has experienced glasses from the future

Google Corporation has begun the “field tests” of its new product-the Project Glass points, the so-called “Augmented-Reality Glass glasses”, according to one of the blogs of the New York Times [1]. Glasses are a frame on which a miniature screen is attached, where the image is displayed. In addition, a video camera is mounted in glasses. The device works, of course, on the Android platform.

The demonstration video, widespread by the company, shows: by making a walk around the city in these glasses, you can communicate with friends, use cards, receive information about the objects you pass by, and also use glasses as a camera.

The test participants surveyed by the author of the blog said that they were experiencing conflicting sensations during tests. On the one hand, the “extended reality” all the time distracts you from the reality of the present, but on the other hand, it frees you from a large number of gadgets: there is no need to contact the guide, GPS, mobile phone and camera all the time - everything is already with glasses.
