Five nine -graders mocking the girl near Bryansk were calculated by network video

Investigators identified five schoolgirls who brutally beat a peer in the school court in the city of Seltsi, Bryansk region. Last week, the media focus was a video of an execution that occurred last fall, but posted on the Internet only now.

Classmates argue that the reason for the reprisal was a quarrel because of the boy between two friends - Julia and Eve. As it turned out, the girls were in love with one guy. As a result, Julia persuaded four friends to beat Eve.

“The tortures lasted about an hour,” the girl’s classmate told the publication. “And everyone stood and looked, and no one interfered. One of the girls was on stilettos and beat Eve with heels on the back, while the others were pushing her in different directions. After that, Eve did not come to school for several days. I heard that she was in the hospital.”

The video on which the bullying is captured lasts seven minutes. The record shows how two girls beat their victim. The police reported that neither the victim, nor her parents, nor witnesses of the incident to law enforcement agencies applied.

It turned out that the emergency occurred on October 28, 2011, the girl was assisted in the hospital, but she did not lie in the medical institution. After processing bruises and abrasions, she was released home.

As befits, according to the law, the paramedic of the city hospital announced the appeal of a beaten patient to the police. However, on the same day, the guardian’s guardian appealed to the police with a statement in which she asked not to conduct an audit on the fact of the incident. The girl said that she was received by her during a mutual fight with a peer, which she has no complaints about.

The mother of the schoolgirl, whose name was indicated as the second participant in the fight, also turned to the police with a request not to conduct an audit of the police, the police note.

Nevertheless, law enforcement agencies conducted an audit and its materials were sent to the world judicial site. However, an application for the incident from the injured party was not received by the court.

After the video appeared on the network, the investigation decided to resume. Due to public resonance, by taking materials from the police, the investigation department of the IC in the Bryansk region was engaged in. The regional prosecutor's office is also conducted by the own audit.
