The magnificent Bo. On April 10, the official agency of Sinhua notified the world that a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPC Bo Silai is “suspected of serious disciplinary violations”, in connection with which the mentioned membership is “suspended”. A month earlier, Bo was removed from the post of secretary of the City Committee of the CCP Chunzin, the largest in the country of a 30 millionth metropolis, and his name disappeared from the pages of Chinese newspapers. What provoked the tsunami in the power hierarchy of China - found out The New Times
On April 10, to the attention of the Chinese masses, they also brought information that "the Central Commission of the CPC to verify the discipline will continue the investigation of the case of Bo Silaya." In a simple language, this means that Bo is at least under house arrest and serious investigative actions are carried out in his regard. On the same day, the official Beijing distributed an even more sensational message: the wife of the disgraced figure, Guy Kaylai is suspected of killing the British businessman Neil Haywood: he was discovered by the dead on November 14, 2011 in one of the Council hotels.
On April 11, the British Prime Minister David Cameron responded to the message to Jakarta British: he highly appreciated the actions of the Chinese authorities, who began an investigation into the circumstances of Haywood's death, and expressed the hope that they would bring him to the end.
Normal practice
Until April 10, there were no intelligible explanations about the removal of BO SOURIA from the post of the main ChUNCINED leader, his name disappeared from all official and unofficial sources, and the site of the newspaper Zhenmin Ziibao in response to the Bo Silai request issued a gaping void. Meanwhile, the Chinese Internet was overwhelmed by a wave of rumors in the “Bo” case, with whom the authorities launched a fierce struggle: the overseas “subversive” sites were blocked, and the leftist and nationalist in China itself, which published materials in support of Bo Street, were simply closed. By April 12, over 42 Internet sites were closed and more than 210 thousand network messages were deleted. Chinese search engines stopped issuing answers not only to the names of the arrested Bo Silai and his wife, but also to the words “political struggle”, “investigation”, etc. In Beijing, Shanghai, Chuncin and a number of other megacities, mass detention of bloggers took place, a mandatory system for their registration was introduced - with the provision of data on real names and documents when registering on the main services of microblogists. Over time, it is supposed to spread this practice throughout the country, which is very difficult, because in China there are almost 500 million Internet users and about 300 million registered bloggers.
But the most important thing: the whole last month the arrests of persons from the closest encirclement of BO - from local security forces and officials to billionaires continued.

CROs from the hut
The former chief of the police and Vice-mayor Chunzin Van Van LiZyun, a long-term associate of the latter, since the time of the last work of Mayor Dalyan in the 90s, found herself much earlier than anyone else in the pre-trial detention center. Van’s arrest was preceded by his unauthorized (higher authorities) appearance on February 6 p. G. at the US Consulate General in Chendu (Administrative Center of the Sichuan province). Van LiZyun did not just spent about ten hours with the Americans: according to leaks from government departments of the United States and Great Britain, he handed them a large number of incriminating evidence to Bo Silaya and his friends, including very high -ranking. However, Van could not get what he came for - political asylum. Upon leaving the diplomatic mission, he was immediately detained by employees of the Ministry of National Security of the PRC. Later it was announced: Van, most likely, will be accused of "state treason."
The question arises: why did Van go to the Americans? The most reliable answer: Van decided to “surrender” his former chef in order to simply protect himself. Indeed, earlier the people of Van, who, by order from Beijing, investigated the case of the death of Neil Haywood, established: the Briton did not die at all from a heart attack caused by an overdose of alcohol, as doctors in Chunutsin announced in November 2011. He was actually poisoned. Moreover, the threads, as Van reported to his chef, lead to Madame Gu Kaylai. According to the independent Chinese site Boxun.com (based in the USA), hearing such a report, Bo Silai hit Van in the face. After that, 11 members of the investigative group in the murder of Haywood were arrested by people from the personal protection of BO Bo Striya and were subjected to brutal beating.
The decision of the former chief police chunzin to appeal to the Westerners, according to the Boxun.com website, was caused by the inability to “reach out” to the law and justice in the usual way. After all, any compromising evidence for a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee, which was Bo Silaya, would be inevitably reported "to the very top." More precisely, the secretary of the KNR of the Political and Legal Commission of the Central Committee of the CPC Zhou Yuncanu. The latter, being the main ally and patron of Bo in the highest leadership, was unlikely to heal his protege.
According to overseas Chinese sites, among the Americans the “material evidence” transferred to the Americans, there are videos, including a very intimate nature that compromise both the soda and Zhou Yuncan himself.
Be that as it may, in Beijing, they regarded the visit to the Chunzin of the American consulate as the most resonant “betrayal” since the unsuccessful attempt to flee to the USSR in September 1971 of the Minister of Defense of the PRC Marshal Lin Biao, whose plane then crashed in the Mongolian steppe, was regarded in Beijing.
News from the blogosphere
In the absence of official “updates” about the progress of the investigation, the Chinese public mainly feeds on sensational details that seel the Chinese blogosphere. Some "leaks" form a quite logical picture. Firstly, it is argued that it was Bo Silaya who gave the order to kill Haywood. The personal secretary of BO - Zhang Xiauzzyun was appointed responsible for this operation. He is also charged with the organization of the murder of another six people who previously committed in Dalyan and Chuncin and “ordered” by the same Bo. Another person involved in the case is the secretary of the party committee of the Nanan district, Chunzin Xia Delian; The latter allegedly gave a confession that it was he who made potassium cyanide, which was poisoned by Haywood. Xia Delian also gave a bribe to Madame Gua in the amount of 30 million yuan ($ 500 thousand) for assistance in raising him to the post of deputy mayor of Chunzin. Investigators dug up that through his wife, Bo Silai received over 1 billion yuan bribes from the persons whom he contributed to the service.
Secondly, Haywood seemed to not only have secrets about bank accounts of the Bo-GU couple, but also consisted in intimate connection with Mrs. Guy Kaylai. In recent years, the wife of Bo Silaya has suffered from a progressive nervous disorder. From Haywood, in particular, she demanded to “take the oath for loyalty” and “renounce” from her wife, and he refused ...
Bo Silai, say “sources that have been aware with the investigation”, since the time of their mayor in Dalyan, “slept with more than 100 women, including 28 celebrities - TV presenters of central channels, models, etc.” The arrested Dalyan oligarch Xu Ming admitted that he participated in the “delivery of girls” to Bo Silaya.
Finally, the most interesting rumor: in early April, personnel changes in the department of the Office of the CPC Central Committee of the CCP - Lee Zhunytyan, responsible for the protection of Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, was allegedly held in the Office of the Chancellery of the CCP. Lee suspects that he informed Bo Stroy about the movements of senior leaders.
"
According to sources close to the investigation, it was Bo Silaya who gave the order to kill Haywood. His personal secretary was appointed responsible for the operation
" The star fell
In the upcoming autumn of this year, the XVIII Congress of the CPC of BO SOURI was read in the number of nine “archons” - members of the Politburo Permanent Committee. Moreover, it was assumed that he would replace Zhou Yuncan as chairman of the All-powerful political and legal commission of the CPC Central Committee. Now, Bo “sew the case”, capable of pulling a lifelong imprisonment. According to Boxun.com, with reference to its informant in Beijing, Bo Stroy can be accused not only of corruption. In Chunzin, Bo allegedly created armed formations controlled by him personally and even intended to commit a coup d'etat, eliminating the vice-chairman of China Xi Jinping, who should replace Hu Jintao as the head of the head of state, and the premiere of the State Council of the PRC Ven Jabao, the leader of the “right” reform wing in the PPC. In addition, BO can blame the use of illegal methods of repression, including torture and confiscation without trial and investigation of property (including in favor of persons affiliated with him) with objectionable entrepreneurs and officials that covered them.
However, there is another scenario of further development of events: BO can “regret” and send into political non -existence, accusing only of “criminal” - primarily under the articles on corruption, excess power and “moral decomposition”. As for the murder of Neil Haywood, he will most likely be “recorded” only on Guy Kaylai and the direct performers of her “order” (the suspects have already been arrested).
The case of $ 1.5 billion?
A graduate of the British University of Warwick Nile Haywood was a friend of the Bo family and business companion Gu Kaylai for more than ten years. Just a day after the death of the Nile, in agreement with his wife, a citizen of China, his corpse was cremated, and the ashes were sent to his mother to the UK. Strange, but the official London of the then visible noise around this incident did not raise. And only in early April 2012, clearly receiving some information from the Americans, did the British Foreign Ministry demanded a new investigation into the causes of the death of his subject. Previously, Nile taught English to the sons of Bo Striya and, according to his loved ones and friends, was not seen in the abuse of alcohol. But now other evidence has appeared: Haywood went to Chunzin on the urgent challenge of Mrs. Guy Kaylai “with a bad foreboding”; By that time, the relationship of the British with his wife Bo Striya, according to his friends, had "complicated." In China, Haywood acted as an intermediary when concluding significant commercial transactions between Western and Chinese companies. Through Gu Kaylai and her husband, as observers believe, the Briton organized many contracts - obviously, with a large share of “intermediary” and “sliding” in favor of his Chinese companions. The spouses of Bo - GU in the West Donkey not only their son Bo Guagua (sent with the help of Haywood to study first to Oxford, and then to Harvard), but also at least $ 1.5 billion in bank accounts. (Bloggers claim that GU has already admitted the investigation into foreign accounts of over 8 billion Yuan of the PRC ($ 1.264 billion). The information about this Haywood “merged” his British lawyer in order to “insure his life.” The initial reluctance of London to turn the story with the death of Haywood was possibly caused by one very skillful circumstance. Heywood, headed by Heywood Boddington Associates, periodically executed orders in China to the influential company Hakluyt & Company, created in the mid-90s by backward employees of the British foreign intelligence of Mi 6 and engaged in the collection of strategic information and consulting in the interests of its customers * * * In the interests The Hakluyt & Company Supervisory Board, headed by the ex-president of Unilever Corporation Nail Fitzgerald, includes a former NATO Secretary General Javier Solan, former UK ambassador David Manning, ex-US-Senator Bill Bradley, as well as former first persons of Mitsubishi Mitsubishi. Coca-Cola, Rolls-Royce, BHP Billiton, HSBC Bank, etc.
Two lines
“Such a historical tragedy as a“ cultural revolution ”may be repeated. Each responsible communist and a managerial employee should feel the relevance of this problem, ”said on March 14, speaking at the Supreme Economic Council session, Prime Minister, leader of the Reformers Wen Jiabao. Having made this statement immediately after the arrest of Bo Striya, Prime Minister Wen thereby confirmed the existence of insurmountable contradictions between supporters of the continuation of liberal reforms and the so -called new left, informal leader of which in recent years and became Boer Silay, who made a successful PR on the fight against corruption and crime, “economic growth in the chunzin”, stimulated by budget infusion, and construction of subsidized housing for state employees. And also - on the organization of mass events with a singing of revolutionary songs and the replacement on the Chunzin television channels of entertainment programs with patriotic ones.
As noted in the April issue of the Hong Kong magazine "Kaifan" ("Enraperation"), since Bo Silaya in 2009 unfolded the campaign "Sing red /songs /and beat black /criminals /", they began to talk about him as the "successor of the spirit of the Mao", and Chunzin to call the "new Yanan" * * the place where the Chinese Rife Army was based on the Chinese RIGHT Army. The 30-40s of the last century .. All this caused growing fears from the more liberal-minded higher leaders of the country. However, the liberals did not dare to start an open war with the Bo-Zhou group for a long time. The case of Van Lyzyun allowed them to begin a long -planned “attack”. But can Chinese “right” be able to finally defeat the Chinese “left” now?

The gap between the poor and rich in China reached a nine -time level, which is three times higher than 25 years ago
" Parallels
Behind the facade of the modernized society of modern China, many features of China Maoist are appearing. There was the same condo - and designed for the “wide masses” - the phraseology of editorials of party newspapers. A little has changed over the past 20 years and the style of party and congresses: the main things are still spoke between the lines. The decision -making process is still opaque, although this is far from the decision of one supreme leader. In the real life of Chinese society, paternalism and equalizing are much less remained than in Russia. But at the same time, the Chinese still live in a system of ideological coordinates inherited from the Mao, based on the dogma of the selfless service of the party and the people. Where the subject of official veneration is still the sergeant of the People's Liberation Army Lei Feng, who became famous for his selflessness, that at night stolen strap socks to his comrades in the barracks, gave his personal accumulations to those in need, considering to serve people with the highest happiness. And where Mao Zedong remains in all textbooks, which has given orders for so many times on the mass physical extermination of the bourgeoisie and merchants, whose membership in today's PDA is growing steadily.
The gap between the poor and rich in China has already reached a nine -time level, which is three times higher than 25 years ago, between backward and prosperous regions, city and village has grown almost twice over the past 20 years. The number of the poor, if measured by the standards of the World Bank, exceeds 250 million people, or 19% of the country's population. In this situation in the Celestial Empire, as in Russia, the public request for the leftist and paternalism intensify, the number of supporters of strengthening state influence in the economy is growing. As a result, the confrontation of the advocates of the “two lines”, “left” and “right” is aggravated. Moreover, the Chinese “left”, like the Russian ones, have the opportunity to constantly fuel their enthusiasm through the leadership of the “leader and founder” remaining from the last anthem, including the Mao Mao Mao, the “Museums of the Revolution” and named after the “proletarian revolutionaries” of streets. Yes, and the portrait of the main “left” of the Middle Kingdom from the Gugun gate on the Peking Square Tiananmen did not go ...

Alexander Lukin, vice -rector of the Russian Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry:
China is faced with the usual problems that arise in the process of reforms in the conditions of authoritarian regimes: corruption, a huge difference in living standards between rich and poor, uneven distribution of income between the regions. Because of this, such a pseudo-lane direction gradually appeared, which Bo Silia headed. I don’t know how sincere he was: earlier, even when he was in the post of mayor of the city of Dalyan, he conducted a normal market economy, without any leftist slogans. But, apparently, to strengthen his power, he decided to play in his leftist mood. There are two points that brought him popularity both in Chunchin and throughout the country. Firstly, he defeated the local mafia, although he did this not quite legitimate means, not even respecting Chinese laws. A number of people were shot after processes, to which there are a lot of questions.
In addition, Bo Silaya pulled out the slogans of Mao Zedong, very popular among the people, but not welcomed by the Chinese government.
