In short, the collective farm, lagging behind in all respects, “Step to ruin, thirty years in one sweatshirt,” turned out to be not at all the treasure that the former Astrakhan mayor dreamed of, and no one told the person to look at how much the local people who had lost any hope for at least some kind of development, and those who, out of bewilderment or stupidity, still came here, can be counted on one hand.
