In Kuzbass, the second temple was robbed

In the city of Novokuznetsk (Kemerovo region), unknown people stole a box of donations from the oldest Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral in the region.

As a source in law enforcement agencies told the Interfax agency on April 20, the theft occurred last Thursday in the Transfiguration Cathedral. The exact amount of damage is set.

Three pupils of the local orphanage, born in 1996 and 1997, are suspected of committing a crime.

The Transfiguration Cathedral is one of the monuments of the history of Kuzbass, the only monument of cult architecture of the late XVIII - early XIX centuries preserved in Novokuznetsk.

This is the second temple in Kuzbass, from which the theft is made. So, on the eve of Easter in the Cathedral of Sergius of Radonezh in Novokuznetsk, funds from the church shop were also stolen, the amount of damage was insignificant, and the attacker was detained.
