Tymoshenko was transferred from a colony to a hospital

Ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko on Friday evening was transferred from the Kharkov colony to the hospital. According to the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, "after familiarizing themselves with the conclusions of German doctors, Tymoshenko expressed a desire to start treatment in the clinic, which was proposed to start its rehabilitation in the city of Kharkov (the central clinical hospital" Ukrzaliznytsia ")."

Last week, German doctors examined the Central Design Bureau of Ukrzaliznytsia, they transferred their conclusions to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. In their opinion, the clinic is able to provide all the necessary assistance to Tymoshenko, the ministry claims. At the same time, the defense of Tymoshenko claims that German doctors did not recommend the ex-Prime Minister to be treated in the Kharkov clinic.

On Saturday, Tymoshenko’s interview was published in the Mirror of the Week. "The first step towards true changes is the impeachment of Yanukovych immediately after the opposition’s victory in the parliamentary elections," the ex -prime minister says. She urged the opposition to unite.

Elections to the Ukrainian parliament should be held in October. They will pass through the mixed system - 225 deputies will be elected according to party lists, 225 in majority districts. According to recent surveys, the united opposition has a chance to get a majority in the Verkhovna Rada.

Tymoshenko herself today does not have the right to participate in the elections, since it has been sentenced to seven years in prison for exceeding the authorities when signing a gas agreement with Russia in 2009.
