The first explosion sounded around noon at a tram stop opposite the opera theater. The explosive device was laid either in the arrival tram or at a stop in the urn. Three tram passengers received injuries, and people who were passing by at that moment in the cars were hooked with fragments. A few minutes later, in the center of Dnepropetrovsk, three more explosions thundered: near the Rodina cinema, on Serov Street and on Karl Marx Avenue.
In all four cases, explosive devices worked. It is not yet clear who can stand behind a series of these terrorist attacks. The entire city center is numbered by law enforcement officers, forensic and pyrotechnics work on the site of the explosions.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaly Zakharchenko flew to Dnepropetrovsk. On the fact of the explosions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case. According to the Ukrainian opposition, the authorities can use the Dnipropetrovsk explosions to introduce a state of emergency in the country.

Explosion in Dnepropetrovsk
As the Dnepropetrovsk journalist Yuri Reichel told Radio Liberty, the explosions were strong enough, because the pops were heard at a great distance.
In Dnepropetrovsk, explosions occurred earlier, but they occurred far from the center and were obvious in the nature of commercial showdowns. Yuri Reichel skeptically appreciated the versions of some political motives of these explosions. There are no separatists in Dnepropetrovsk, and those who perform under such slogans, say, in Crimea or Transcarpathia are weak. There are no anarchists in Ukraine either, as there are no left radicals. Those who are called right -wing radicals profess parliamentary methods of political struggle.
According to the journalist, a business version looks more believable. Two weeks ago, in Dnepropetrovsk, he was killed near his house, also in the city center, the famous businessman Gennady Axelrod, who owned several large construction firms. They worked in the center, and around them there had been stress for a long time. This businessman belonged to the group of those who managed to take possession of the property of the former Prime Minister Pavel Lazarenko. And, according to Reichel, if this version is true, perhaps the inconsistency ofthe contradiction between the Dnipropetrovsk elite and Donetsk , which is trying to take control of business throughout the country.
This meets the growing opposition everywhere, especially in the eastern part of Ukraine, where the "Donetsk" are especially active. This confrontation can become political, especially after the parliamentary elections in October, when the alignment of political forces in the country will become clearer.
Meanwhile, the situation continues to hesitate. The Ukrainian newspaper today quotes one of the users of the VKontakte network: the Ukrainian newspaper Today reports: “A few minutes ago, a complete evacuation of passengers began from the building of the Dnipropetrovsk railway station. According to the loud connection, the dispatcher announced that the room should urgently cleaned people. Starting and panic began. Explosion equipment began to be added to the station building and the station building began to be added and the building began Sapers with dogs "
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, there are no Russian citizens among the victims.
