The shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will go on sale on November 13. This is indicated by the project’s pre-order cards, which were released by the American retailer Target. A photo of cards for Xbox 360 and PS3 was sent to the IGN portal by one of its readers.

Publisher Activision has not yet announced a new part of the Call of Duty series. Previously, company representatives said that the game will be officially presented on May 1.

Previously, evidence has repeatedly appeared on the Internet that the next part of Call of Duty will be a continuation of the Black Ops game, which was developed by the Treyarch studio. Thus, in February, data about Black Ops 2 appeared on the website of the French branch of Amazon, and at the end of March, similar information was published on the Activision forum by one of its users. However, November 6 was previously mentioned as the game's expected release date.

Black Ops is one of the most popular parts of Call of Duty. It was released in 2010. Recently, American analysts announced that the most successful new product in the series - Modern Warfare 3 - in total sales for the period from November to April was inferior to its predecessor by about 4.2 percent.

Shooters from the Call of Duty series have been released since 2003. Their development was started by Infinity Ward studio, which was then headed by Jason West and Vince Zampella (they later left the company due to a conflict with Activision management). Shooters are traditionally released in November.
