Contact Real Estate experts have compiled a rating of the most expensive country houses in the Moscow region currently for sale. As analysts note, all proposals are located on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway, and the house worth $32.929 million tops the list.
The mansion, made according to an individual project, is located on the territory of a guarded village 23 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The area of the house is 1100 square meters, the area of the plot is 110 acres.
In second place was a cottage near the village of Zhukovka (10 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road), offered for $27 million. The house with an area of 1070 square meters is located on a forest plot of 2.7 hectares. The third position was taken by an estate with an area of 2800 square meters (a plot of 100 acres) in an elite gated community 10 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Experts gave fourth place to an exclusive mansion on the shore of Zhivopisnaya Bay, 2 kilometers from Moscow. For a house of 1,600 square meters (a plot of 100 acres), the owner is asking $24 million. In fifth place is a mansion in the village of Gorki-2 (5 kilometers from the capital) worth $20 million. The house with an area of 1200 square meters is located on a forest plot of 120 acres with landscape design.
Next there was a plot of land of 1 hectare with two main mansions of 600 square meters each and two guest houses of 400 square meters each on Nikolina Gora ($19 million), a mansion with an area of 1800 square meters for 16.464 million dollars, a house of 1000 square meters worth 15.5 million dollars and a cottage of 935 square meters at a price of 15.147 million dollars. Rounding out the top ten is a house with an area of 690 square meters, which is being sold for $14 million.
In February of this year, Moscow Sotheby's International Realty reported that the most expensive cottage village in the Moscow region in terms of the average cost of home ownership put up for primary sale is Usovo Estate. The average home there costs $13 million. The second place was taken by the village "Azarovo" ($6.9 million), the third - "Zhukovka XXI" ($6.4 million).
