Nemtsov was fined a thousand rubles, Demushkin was hospitalized

The justice of the judicial section number 396 fined the opposition Boris Nemtsov for one thousand rubles for illegal actions on the opposition rally in Moscow on Sunday, May 6.

According to the court’s decision, Nemtsov was found guilty under Art. 20.2 Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Violation of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket".

As it turned out during the trial, Nemtsov, as part of a group of citizens, called on the rally participants not to disperse, but to stay in place and continue the rally, ITAR-TASS reports.

Being on a television tower, Nemtsov shouted slogans: "I am with you. All stay in place." The opposition refused to submit to the repeated calls of police officers to go down and stop unlawful actions, after which he was detained.

In addition, at a court session it was noted that a passport, a mobile phone, and 80 thousand rubles were seized from the police department from Nemtsov. “Well, you go to a rally, I'm talking about 80 thousand rubles taken for a rally,” the judge remarked.

During the meeting, police officers who participated in the detention of Nemtsov were questioned. They confirmed that due to the suspension of the rally, Nemtsov’s calls could not disperse and continue the action were regarded as an offense. According to the police, he was repeatedly invited to stop "all this disgrace."

For his part, Nemtsov noted in court that he participated in an authorized action and acted within the framework of the law. “The rally was supposed to end at 19:30, I said at 18:30 and did not know anything that some woman from the stage stated that the rally was suspended,” he explained in court. “Therefore, I don’t understand what my violation of the rally was manifested and participated in an allegedly unanocated action, since it was consistent with the Mary of Moscow until half past five in the evening.”

Having studied the evidence presented, the court established the guilt of the opposition in an administrative offense. Most likely, there will be no appealing this decision of the Nemts.

The Demushkin was hospitalized

The leader of the nationalist movement "Russians" Dmitry Demushkin complained about the pain in his head and sent to clarify the diagnosis. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.

“Demushkin was taken to the Danilovsky district police department on Sunday for the commission of illegal actions in the area of ​​the Tvyltskoye metro station, where he, like citizen Udaltsov, soon became ill, and he demanded to call medical workers,” the representative of the press service said.

He added that "Mr. Demushkin, with complaints about pain in his head, was taken to a medical institution, accompanied by police officers to clarify the diagnosis."

Earlier it was reported that the opposition Sergey Udaltsov, accompanied by the police, was sent from the police department for examination to the hospital in connection with complaints of an alleged ulcer.

On May sixth, during the opposition campaign, called "Millions Mart", which started from Kaluga Square, there were clashes of its participants with law enforcement officers, during which about 20 police officers were injured and almost 400 people were detained.

According to human rights activists, the conflict, which actually broke the expected rally, was called by the opposition themselves, who arranged a "sedentary strike" at the Drummer cinema.

The police detained the leader of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov, co -chairman of Parnas Boris Nemtsov and blogger Alexei Navalny.
