Intellectual and intelligentsia

The intellectual generates, creates ideas. Intellectuals are a piece product, they usually appear 5-10 per century. Of the most recent intellectuals, I will call Sartre, well, Solzhenitsyna.

The intelligentsia exploits, spreads ideas created by the intellectual, puts them into business. It works with them, often earning ideas on the intellectual. The intelligentsia is secondary in relation to the intellectual, its activity is a product of its much higher and important activities. Intellectuals are the dependents of the intellectual. In developed countries there are at least hundreds of thousands, in Russia there are several million, probably. Intellectuals always lag behind the intellectual in time, always late, at least for a generation. Therefore, there is no prophet in his country, and some Marx modestly dies almost in poverty.

I say the intelligentsia is lagging behind in phase. Its main mass always works with rotten, stale ideas. In the Russian Federation, the bulk of the intelligentsia spreads and exploits the ideas of liberalism and endless progress, based on the ruthless exploitation of the Earth, while on all signs of liberalism it has been living for the last decade. The Russian intelligentsia is blindly oriented to the West, and since it is blindly oriented towards other people's idol-intellectuals, it is as poorly developed and miserable as, say, Czech, Romanian or Serbian, may they not be offended, because their intelligentsia are not independent, and their intellectuals are not observed in the XXI century.

Why is liberalism surviving the last decade? I am ready to collapse not so long ago created by the Empire of European states. Liberalism practically went bankrupt in Greece, Portugal is about to follow Greece, and there are difficult times for other European countries, up to a strong, seemingly France. Raising the retirement age is another signal of the near end of liberalism.

Progress should first slow down and then stop, the standard of living will have to be dramatically reduced. Disasters at the nuclear power plant in Japan, on the oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico - all this successfully develops in the large catastrophe in the large -scale canvas through the scale of the entire planet. And late, raising his head from under the Soviet regime, the Russian intelligentsia recklessly placed the ideology of liberalism on the banner of the banner. Playing ideology.

Between the intellectual living today and the existing intelligentsia today, enmity always exists and will exist. And the hatred of the intelligentsia - adherents of a dying, but not yet dead ideology - can be huge to the bearer of a new ideology.

This is just my case.

An elderly Russian intelligentsia hates me, as they hate freak or dwarf, simply because my ideas are ahead of their musty time of old ideas. In the early 90s, I created modern and right and left at the same time a party on the foundation of the National Bolshevism of the first half of the 20th century. The intellectuals sang me, introducing me to the "fascist." They managed to intentionally ignore even the obvious fact that National Bolshevism historically was a depressed, repressed ideology both in Nazi Germany and the Stalinist USSR. It was ignored that Ernst Nikish, the German ideologist of the National Bolshevism, was abandoned in 1937 at the Hitler concentration camp for the book "Hitler - the Evil Rock of Germany." They ignored the fact that Nikolai Ustryalov, the Russian ideologist of the National Bolshevism, died in the Stalinist concentration camp. They slandered me and the NBP and continue to do it.

In an interview with one French magazine (it seems L'expryss) I said that I was the only intellectual in Russia. I said this, stating the sad fact that my country does not shine with people who know how to think on their own and not woven in the tail of a European, also meager, thoughts today.

Meanwhile, those who are able to think and capable of analysis outside my homeland after a quarter century of hostility or indifference to me began to reassess my personality.

In September 2011, my 500-page biography Limonov, written by the influential writer Emmanuel Carrer, was published in France. The book is a huge success. Carrer pulls out the problem to the reader’s court: here is Limonov, the leader of the NBP, is he a hero or Antherieu? Judging by the fact that the book became a bestseller in all categories, the author received several literary awards, the French president of Sarkozy mentioned it four times among the books that interested him, judging by the fact that my biography is sold many times better than the biography of Steve Jobs and Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the French are interested in the topic.

Carrer is not the only one who decided to overestimate the attitude towards me and to the amazing party that I founded. In January of this year, an article by the famous English director, sociologist and philosopher Adam Curtis called The Years of Stagnation and the Poodles of Power (“Years of Stances and Pudils of Power”) appeared on the Air Force website (naturally, English-language). On eighteen pages of the text, Kertis is interspersed in the history of the NBP, writes in detail and with knowledge of the case about Yegor Letov, Sergey Kurekhin, a lot about me ... and - a surprise, but necessary in the context, about Vladislav Surovov. (It is said about Surkov: “And he copied Eduard Limonov - he created a militarized nationalist group called“ ours. ”)

Curtis describes stagnation in Russia and puts forward a hypothesis of the same modern stagnation in Western countries. Curtis emphasizes that the intelligentsia in both Russia and the West did not understand the essence of the NBP. I quote Adam Curtis: “The National-Bolshevik party almost immediately (after creating) became the“ black beast ”and Soviet and Western liberals, they saw it simply as a threat of right-wing nationalism, which is trying to impede the inevitable modernization of Russia. However, the truth is that Limonov and his party are much more complex and interesting than they seem from the first glance.”
