"Gloomy morning" May 10

Well, the volleys of festive fireworks died down, the smoke of the Chinese pyrotechnics cleared, and the postponed “gloomy morning” of May 10 arrived, for 67 million rubles (that’s how much the unsuccessful clearing of clouds on Victory Day cost). And it is already possible to draw a number of obvious and disappointing conclusions.

Four days of continuous positional battles of the Russian government with its own people clearly and clearly showed the inadequacy of the Kremlin, as well as the servility and cowardice of all branches of the Moscow government. If there is a logical explanation for the inaction of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, in fact he is not a Muscovite, not a politician, a simple apparatus official appointed by Putin, then the silence of the elected deputies of the Moscow City Duma regarding police terror against citizens and guests of the capital cannot be explained or forgiven.

Hence the first conclusion:

The protest wave not only did not subside, but began to rise with renewed vigor. Having been to the “March”, Patriarch’s, Chistoprudny, I testify that the roar of the “magma” became physically noticeable. The arrest of Navalny and Udaltsov will inevitably accelerate the tectonic shift in society.

Conclusion two:

I consider the only legitimate authorities in Moscow to be the municipal deputies popularly elected on March 4, 2012, who spoke out against the monstrous tyranny and lawlessness on city boulevards and squares.

Conclusion three:

I believe that the created supra-party association of municipal deputies - RVS (Real Power to Self-Government) has the moral and legal right:

· Demand that the Moscow City Duma immediately dissolve itself;

Of the 35 deputies, three are members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. If they now announce their early resignation, elections to the Moscow City Duma will take place in October 2012, since “one-party” parliaments are not yet allowed in our country. We will be able to elect deputies who truly represent and defend the interests of Muscovites.

· Start collecting signatures for the resignation of Sergei Sobyanin and holding elections for the Mayor of Moscow under the new law.

We are confident that the so-called municipal filter will ensure the participation of the Moscow mayor and all worthy candidates in direct elections

· Announce the start of preparations for a citywide referendum.

We will submit to a referendum laws that transfer real powers to organize city life (urban planning, landscaping, ecology, social sphere, etc.) to the municipal level.

I think that work on organizing the collection of signatures should begin in the near future in the form of meetings of municipal deputies with citizens on all ten boulevards of Moscow.
