The authorities must in every possible way support the opposition campaign in pure ponds in Moscow. After all, the authorities have been trying to drive the protesters into some kind of “Hydark” for many years, but here they themselves coped with this, and even money is not required from the budget. It turned out, however, not only a guide park, but also a cultural rest.
Representatives of the authorities are still wondering what their protesting in the capital will result in such a bothering from December. And even try to control and direct the process in different ways. And through certain “negotiations” with “leaders of the swamp”, and rigid mobilization anti -bolotic rhetoric and quite concrete by police amplifiers and numerous detentions.
Most likely, the efforts of the authorities are given by some results and the Protestants really react to them, only it is quite difficult to evaluate their effectiveness. The process of transformation of protest from the forms of platform of thousands of rallies and thousands of processions into something “political” will happen and even occurs, but it is hardly the will of the authorities that determine. The authorities are simply not in the know.
And when Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov says that the police should disperse protesters in pure ponds in Moscow, he hardly understands what really happens there. Apparently, he still recalls personnel from the clashes of the demonstrators with the police on May 6 (seeSunday with blood ). Meanwhile, a cheerful and defective event that the opponents of the authorities in pure ponds arrange a protest rally. And in general, a political action.
Although not, the day of the surroundings of the monument to the Kazakh poet and enlightener Abay Kunanbaeva (the opposition campaign on Twitter is called “Occupy Abay” by analogy with the OcCupy Wall Street) were endless meetings of familiar, unfamiliar and completely strangers speaking about politics, struggle, protest, “the fate of the Russian revolution” and history. Plus, “interest mugs” around Media Person, periodically visiting the “protest camp”. That's about something broadcasts to one and a half dozens of the defender of the Khimki forest that surrounded her and carefully listening to her, Evgeny Chirikov. But Sobchak came to write down the stand-up for his program and a flock of people with photo and television cameras rushed for it. And here they seem to be conducted by a social surge. And next door, someone else decides the fate of the motherland surrounded by two dozen listeners. And it lasts and lasts.
The authorities tried for a long time, since the time of the “marshmallows” to drive the protesters into a certain “Hidark” (see the reservation of protest ). That is: to organize a certain site where citizens dissatisfied with power or public foundations or just city crazy people could calmly express their views on life and campaign for something. By analogy with Speaker's Corner in the London Hyde Park, although in the version of the Russian authorities it would be better if the metropolitan “Hydark” was generally the only place where it would be possible to hold protest promotions in the fresh air.
Although the conditionally “purebred” aesthetics in the opposition camp is enough - people sit on the grass and on the sides of the fountain, sing Tsoi and other well -known songs for the guitar (words, however, do not always know and certainly not everyone), play the mafia (instead of the mafia, of course, “crooks and thieves”), and generally spend time.
The level of self -organization is not bad: the toilets are available, the protesters and even food provide, as well as garbage collection. In general, the authorities, since they like the idea of the Hiddle Park so much, should support the “occupyabay” in every possible way - the obvious savings of budget funds. The audience are also satisfied: many of them from the end of the second Putin term are complaining about the lack of freedom of meetings, but here they gathered and no one really interferes with them. The police are present in excessive for the usual version of spring-summer pure ponds, but in sufficient to respond to possible provocations from someone else's side. Idyll.
The existence of the current camp on pure ponds does not, of course, cancel the protest moods themselves, the deaf irritation of a significant part of the population with the omnipotence of bureaucracy. The low quality of bureaucracy and other known things. The extremely left and extreme right militants have not disappeared anywhere, including those who took an active part in clashes with the police during the march on May 6 in Yakimanka. But in the format of the last two days, the camp on pure ponds was a phenomenon of a completely different order.
“We have a projector and we will show a movie. But we cannot show a movie with sound, because we will show the dumb movie, ”says the girl of one and a half tens of people around her. I don’t know what kind of cinema they were going to show, I personally did not recall the dumb films about the Putin regime. Maybe something from the revolutionary classics. "Babric -bearer Potemkin", for example. In general, there can be many cases for comparing the camp on pure ponds: from the Grushinsky festival to some “empty hills” or even “invasion”, only without a concert.
Well, what: the organization is present, feed (by the way, the numerous migrant workers who live in the area of pure ponds use, some of them even fluttered white ribbons, they say that there is food), there is security, discipline is available. Again, the "dry law". True, no one forbids smoking, the police did not allow tents to set up and do not announce the hollow and a wake. The day before at night, therefore, the “camp” was a very nice sight. Two or three dozen sleeping, three who continue to discuss something or just sitting near the monument and thirty people playing the “language of gestures” (a game where it is necessary to explain a certain word or concept without words). Words made different, including “thematic”, like the words “stuffing” or “globalization”, although there were “Kozinaki” (a dish, however, Georgian). And indeed - cultural leisure and mass festivities. Yes, with a slight political raid, so how without this with mass festivals.
The snow melted and the “revolution”, if it did not end, it was definitely transformed. Such a "mimimi-revolution." No, no, Navalny and Udaltsov are sitting quite seriously, and the police beat people on May 6 by no means Ponaroshka. But on pure ponds this is not yet felt (although it will become from power, but Peskov promised to disperse all this, there is a lot of mind). It is even difficult to understand - who is protesting against the authorities here, and who simply walks, until the word “Putin” comes from a person.
