On the eve of Victory Day, he wrote a small post about his fellow countryman Grigory Bulatov, who hoisted in 1945 one of the first (and, according to some documents - the first) the banner of victory over the Reichstag.

But life treated him unfairly. His feat was undeservedly forgotten, and the awards bypassed the hero. At the end of his life, Gregory tried to restore justice, but few believed him, and even Grishka-Rychstag was assigned an offensive nickname. Unable to withstand offense and insults, Gregory committed suicide.

Several years ago, fellow countrymen suddenly remembered their hero and decided to erect a monument to him, dedicating the discovery to the 65th anniversary of the anniversary of the Victory.


The collection of funds for the monument, a well -known man in the city of Kirov, was organized by the man German Goncharov.

"At the expense of the non -profit fund opened in January 2010, more than two million rubles were received from organizations and private individuals. And even more so-after all, installing the parts of the composition on a 20-meter height cost very expensive. So I had to give my own. How many? Thousands of 500-600 ...-says the manager of the memory fund of German Goncharov.

However, the cost of casting the "Order" amounted to 30 thousand rubles. And the casting of the "bas -relief" amounted to another 50 thousand. The installers themselves actually cost how much the "insanely expensive installation of a monumental composition" said.

- At first, the local entrepreneur “For free” gave Goncharov a tower, but it was low. Then one construction organization drove another-20-meter. The workers for the installation did not pay anything. For the tower, like, too. But, if they paid, then its rent is 700 rubles per hour. How much did it work there in two hours of work?

But it was at that time that the Executive Director of the Foundation German Goncharov acquired a jeep and an apartment, which he designed in the name of his daughter.

You can only breathe and sympathize. Even after the death of a hero soldier, fate is not very favorable to him. The usual story. Or maybe this is not fate?
