The “walking” opposition decides where to move from Old Arbat. For now, the new point of the camp is called Gogolevsky Boulevard. On Saturday, police detained about 10 people on Arbat, the press service of the capital’s police department reported. As the department explained, “the detainees were taken to the police department to take administrative measures.”

Last night the police ousted members of the opposition “camp” from Kudrinskaya Square. From there they moved to Nikitsky Boulevard, and then to Arbat - to the monument to Bulat Okudzhava. On Kudrinskaya Square at night, the police detained about 20 people; they were released after a preventive conversation.

Meanwhile, on Saturday another event took place in Moscow - a procession of the “Nomadic Museum of Contemporary Art” along the boulevards of the capital. The rally ended at 21.00, it passed without serious incidents - the police only from time to time asked the protesters not to walk along the roadway, but to return to the sidewalk.

The column of artists, joined by opposition activists, walked along Sretensky, Rozhdestvensky and Petrovsky boulevards, then turned onto Petrovka and stopped near the Museum of Modern Art. As Interfax reports, some of the oppositionists who joined the “artists’ walk” were carrying wooden rakes with white ribbons attached to them.” (c)
