This story has been going on for many years. In short, the facts look like this. Lydia Ermolenko bought a two-room apartment in Ryazan at Mikhailovskoye Shosse, a house of 250. Not only did the entire building from the very beginning were problematic (water accumulated in the basement at some point, but there were no water or gas in the apartments), but serious problems were also discovered inside the Ermolenko apartment (as well as all apartments lower and higher in the riser). It turned out that inside these apartments, the so -called “deformation (sedimentary) seam” passes, that is, simply put, one room with the other is hard to be tied, are on different foundations and “walk” in relation to each other, as they want. Even simpler - from the bottom to the top of the building just passes the gap, crack. As a result, one of the rooms of Ermolenko’s apartment “sailed” down almost ten centimeters, the walls and ceilings are deformed, the plaster falls off. Repair is useless, because this “floating process” continues. In addition, the main question here is not in repair, but in principle.

And the principle of this - according to all the laws and construction SNiPs, the “deformation seam” should not pass inside the apartment. There should not be a through gap between the rooms of one apartment.

Who designed, built and accepted this house? Let's call everyone by names. General Design Organization: CJSC Institute Ryazangrazhdanproekt. The chief engineer (architect) of the project: Nudelman L.A., Mihova N.P. Customer (investor): PSK Planet LLC (the company went bankrupt, the owner is Vasily Protopopov, according to the TVC television company, after bankruptcy, he created a new company Planet-M). The permission to put into operation was signed by the deputy head of the Ryazan administration for municipal property (at that time, December 2006) Arkady Fomin (now the chairman of the Ryazan Regional Duma, of course, a member of United Russia).

A little more interesting information. The conclusion of the state examination for the construction of the facility was signed by the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ryazan Region A. Tarabanov on December 22, 2006. And the permission to put the facility into operation signed Fomin was released on December 27 of the same 2006, with a difference of 5 (five!) Days. It turns out that the construction of the house was carried out without approved design and estimate documentation?

At some point, Lidia Ermolenko went to an appointment with Arkady Fomin. She asked him the question: "How could you accept the house with such shortfills?" Fomin, according to Ermolenko, in particular, said that the developer gave the city several apartments. But in the conclusion of the state examination, there is a link to the letter of the administration of the city of Ryazan "that the city administration does not apply for shared participation or a share in construction." Is this this form of a bribe? And at whose expense are these “donated” apartments built? Lidia Ermolenko paid money in 2005, entered the apartment in the spring of 2007. Maybe the "donated" apartments are built with the money of interest holders?

In general, there are many questions. I would like to get answers.
