All these wonderful people have already paid 4.4 million rubles to our fund (today) and by the end of the year about 4 million will be paid. Thus, we are already close to the implementation of our minimum annual budget - $ 300,000.
This story is terribly important for us:
1. (And most importantly) at one time, Rospil, collecting 8 million rubles from many thousands of sponsors , broke a very stable and very harmful stereotype of public consciousness "cannot be financed by a socio-political project with small donations of ordinary people."
No one believed that it was possible to collect money so and no one tried. Everyone wanted grants, budget financing or the Kremlin/oligarchic cache. No other options existed. It was an axiom: money from individuals is effectively collected only for charity, mainly for the treatment of children. They do not give anything else.
We tried and everything worked out (we ourselves were in shock). It turned out that there are tens of thousands of people in Russia who are ready to transfer small amounts (the average amount of donation for Rospil - 400 rubles) for all sorts of good projects.
Now everyone is collecting money so, which we are terribly satisfied with: “ Romanova’s wallet ”, financing of the Putin. Results, the collection of money to protect illegally arrested and so on, etc. This works for liberals and nationalists, for ecologists and anarchists. If you do something right, you will always find some money.
Now we want to break another important and harmful stereotype: "Wealthy people and businessmen are afraid to give money for socio-political activities openly. They fear the terrible repressions of the bloody regime."
I am sure that this is not so. There are a bunch of rich people who honestly earned their money, who are ready at all and without afraid to spend their money on the support of any activity that they find useful.
It’s just that no one did it and asked for money. Everyone, as is customary, does not believe in the classic fundraising (like, this is only in books), but believe that you need to find one oligarch who will secretly give cash. Well, or beg from the crooks in the presidential administration.
So we asked our "16 courageous" to be pioneers. Publicly say: yes, we finance Navalny's activities. We are not afraid of anything. There will be nothing for us for this. And whoever offends us will not live for three days. We really want, following the example of “16 brave” other wealthy people, proudly got up from his knees, took a pack of money from their pockets and gave it to some people who do a good useful thing. Openly given.
Only at the rallies of Bolotnaya/Sakharov and all kinds of occupyiabai a bunch of legal millionaires wanders. All of them clearly want to allocate money - you can see in the eyes. It is necessary to create conditions and infrastructure so that they can give out their liras and drachma a) legally b) openly c) transparently d) is accountable. There is nothing to be afraid of and there is nothing to be shy.
It is overcoming the taboo "cannot be financed without permission" - the key thing here.
So, a wealthy person, if you read these lines, you want to do something useful and are a patriot of your country, then 
- Remember how much you spend per year only on restaurants;
- horrified;
- Think about what social or political activity impresses you;
- go to the pantry or cellar with money;
- Grab healthy cash shmats;
- translate this cash openly and boldly for those whom you support and who you trust;
- enjoy your own courage, deserved gratitude and the realization that you are a citizen;
- Be an example for friends - tell them about your act by playing Polo or during a daily purchase of diamonds.
2. We have ambitions to become the most understandable and transparent from the financial point of view by the socio-political structure in Russia.
Even, I’m not afraid of this word, we want to establish a new standard of transparency for people and structures involved in politics (near policy). Here in the head, all sorts of organizations and just political people. Opposition, not very, not at all opposition. Tell me honestly: it is clear to you where they get the money? It is unclear. And the answer is given to the answer to this question: small and medium -sized business finances us, but which is not to say, because this business does not want to have problems. It's already time to get away from this.
So I want the answer to the question "Who finances Navalny's projects and his team?" He was completely clear and obvious.
Then we will be well done, everyone will love us and give even more money and we will tease and call us all the others.
3. Well, actually money. Through the Fund for the fight against corruption, we will finance all our projects, including Rospil (which subaccount and all reporting and control will be as strict as before, I will write about it separately). Additional financing will allow a) to deepen b) expand B) structure. The fund will be completely transparent. He will have an independent audit. We already have the whole accounting department at outsourcing, we ourselves are not engaged in it. Ministry of Internal Affairs/FSB/GRU/CPKIO - Velkam. Go to the bank and check what you want, we have nothing to hide. The fund will finally allow you to completely untie my personal finances and public.
Neither I, norVladimir Ashurkov (he’s the main for the fundraising and without it would not have happened), we do not receive salaries in the fund.
Of course, our main strategy, in the sense of collecting money, remains collecting small donations from a large number of people. We are glad to donations of any size and very well understand that mass, not elite support is our everything.
"16 brave" is an important addition to the general plan for the capture of the world.
